In this episode Rama accompanies Bhim Rao on his way. They both parted ways, Rama left for his work. Bhim Rao stood and watched her. Rama turned back and questioned Bhim Rao for not leaving. He considered himself irresponsible since he must be working or bread and butter not Rama. She comforted her, said that Bhim Rao was struggling for everyone. Rama said that they must strive together for as long as they stay together. She worried if Bhim Rao left her for studies. Bhim Rao questioned Rama, she cared for his education the most still taunted him for it. Rama understood his education preferences still as a wife sometimes wanted all his attention. Bhim Rao couldn’t understand her. Rama taunted her for it as well.

Nikunj came, said that Bhim Rao took his scholarship from him. Bhim Rao said that he won fair and square. Nikunj reached the King before him, he deserved it. Nikunj left education, he threw all his books. Bhim Rao asked him not to do so, there must be some other way. Nikunj helplessly left. Bhim Rao and Rama collected the books.

Varchand’s wife was passing by when some men commented on her. She recalled Bhim Rao asking her to be patient, at start everyone would question her intention but slowly will understand. Varchand came, asked her to leave. She refused to leave Bombay. She noticed a boy painting, went to her. She asked him to write her something.

Meera asked Ramji if he found something about Anand. Ramji learnt the truth; he was ill thus Anand took her to his in laws. He was doing well now. Meera suggested him to visit Anand. Ramji didn’t have enough money to visit him. He asked Meera not to tell anyone. Meanwhile Varchand came calling for Bhim Rao.

Hitesh asked. Varchand asked for Bhim Rao who killed his brother and now using his wife. Jijabai said that he went to college. Varchand was leaving for college. Ramji threatened him, said that Vaibhav died because of society’s pressure, his wife left him because of his behavior. He must not blame Bhim Rao. Varchand threatened to kill Ramji. Puranjan questioned Varchand’s audacity to touch his friend in his presence. Joku questioned Puranjan. Phuliya silenced Joku otherwise she would go on a strike as well. Varchand left in anger. Jijabai questioned Ramji for misbehaving with Varchand. Ramji has come across many people like Varchand in his life, who only speak. He forbids Jijabai for saying anything.

At night, people wanted Varchand’s wife to listen to her husband. A wife mut do what her husband says. Rama brought her food; she didn’t touch it. She refused to eat until her husband takes her home. People questioned her stubbornness. Bhim Rao supported her, said that it was her right. The society treats women same as the lower caste. He asked those people standing there to make a better world for woman and the lower caste. Either they make a better world for them where everyone lives equally, or they would ask for it and get it. Varchand came, refused to grant Bhim Rao what he wanted. Bhim Rao said that he would take his right one way or the other. Varchand said that Bhim Rao has gone made, he made Varchand laugh. Rama told Varchand that it was Bhim Rao and his doings that made people like Varchand lose their cool. She believed in him.
