Bhim Rao says he knows they all would never understand but he still wants to say something because he will no longer stay quiet if they say such bad things as it is wrong so he will say what he desires, Bhim mentions just as they give water if they see someone thirsty, then they need to support someone who is worried but not to break their strength and courage by asking such questions, Bhim leaves angrily when the people in the society says that Bhim just keeps standing up against them without having any respect for the elders while one of his aunt is standing there quietly, his aunt says because Bhim has not said anything wrong. Ramabai comes mentioning that Bhim always fights for equality so how could he have stayed quiet here, the aunt asks Ramabai to come as they would go and talk to Jijabai.

Bhim is walking when his father Ramji sees him so stopping Bhim asks where did he meet Jija Bai, Bhim replies he was going to the house of the boss to bring his watch hearing this Ramji says that he would be purposefully doing it to make Bhim feel lowered, Ramji suggests that Bhim should resign from this job but Bhim replies he will not do anything of the sort until his work is finished, Bhim says he feels his position is just like Jija Bai and it is also very easy for him to leave the job but he is going to surely work till he has even the slightest drop of courage left in him. Bhim leaaves while Ramji is not able to say another word. Bhim Rao asks some people sitting in a hotel asking about the owner of the newspaper as he need to go there, they ask him to stand here and shout as someone would surely listen because they have heard that even the King has heard his voice, they say he is a very stubborn person with clear goals, they suggest he should just sit here and protest. Bhim replies e has very small work to just take the watch and return back to the house. Bhim says that he knows they do not want to help him, but the people say that they are just making him do this work because Bhim belongs to the lower class, he says that he is eating peacefully and enjoying his time and would leave, Bhim tells him that this is not the right thing to not work properly. They tell Bhim to turn from the corner. The boss of one of the people comes from behind calling him, he immediately stands up saying he was going to come but the boss starts beating him while the person says that he will not do anything of the sort again, the boss starts beating him but does not even listen to Bhim who requests him to not beat the employee but the boss takes him away. Bhim says this is why he was advising them to never deceive their work and break the trust of their boss, Bhim asks if they think he likes to take this watch but is doing this work because sometimes they have to work for the trust and this is why he is doing it, Bhim walks away while wiping the seat from his forehead but with his aims of achieving success.

Ramabai is sitting in the night remembering when Jija Bai threatened to curse Bhim right here and even said he is the most biggest failure, Ramabai sees her sisters returning so asks what happened when they inform that their boss cut their salary from yesterday even when they said that they want to work but had an emergency, Bhim hears them both talking so gets sad, they turn to ask Bhim what has happened since he is never like this, Bhim tries to leave but Rama says she will tell them the truth so Bhim stops her but Rama explains he heard them both say that their salary was deducted so might have felt it is because of him, Bhim says that his boss rightly says that sometimes his actions would cause pain, he leaves when the sister tries to stop him but Rama stops her saying if Bhim is moved by something then will never listen to anyone but is just going to think by himself what is right or wrong, Rama leaves with them to serve food.

In the morning Bhim Rao enters the office when the person asks if he thinks of himself as the boss, Bhim says he thought if he would try to help them they would ask him why did he touch the things, but the person asks Bhim to wear the gloves and put all of these stacks outside. The owner enters the office when everyone greets him, Bhim also greets him but the owner angrily slaps the things which fall down, he says Bhim should greet him by holding his hand together and even if he has anything then should put the things down, Bhim replies he does not feel right about it but is going to keep it in mind by tomorrow. The boss says that he gets frustrated after seeing Bhim, the police constable enters the office saying that he should calm down explaining that a train is coming from Pune to Bombay and in that train there are some very bad criminals who are being transferred, while it was written in yesterdays newspapers that all of them belong to the lower class., another person asks the police officer to say it again and mentions this means the criminals belong to the same class as Bhim Rao and what else can they expect from him. The owner of the newspaper says that Bhim Rao is always defending people from his class so why is he always standing for their right but the person advises the owner to send Bhim Rao amongst the criminals and gather all the information of the lower class criminals, Bhim Rao angrily stops him questioning why is he saying they are from lower class asking since when are the criminals also classified with class, the owner asks Bhim Rao to come and then giving him the pen and paper instructs him to go and gather the information, Bhim Rao agrees to the instructions and leaves.

The police officers are transporting the criminals by tying their hands with ropes and constantly pushing them even when they are not able to walk properly due to the immense heat of the sun, they are really seating while constantly falling due to the heat, the people say they should kill the criminals and start pelting them with stones which injury the criminals. The official tries to stop them but they keep pelting them with stones and even mud, without listening to the instructions of the police officials. Bhim Rao asks them to stop so they all turn to see him standing there, even the criminals are shocked to see Bhim Rao who runs to the front while looking at the criminals.
