Phuliya requests Ramji to stop his son. Rama asks why should they stop him because if she had stopped Jokhu then nothing of the sort would have happened, Shoba agrees with Rama saying that all of this is due to their actions and Bhim is doing the right thing, Bala angrily comes to Ramji demanding he should stop Bhim otherwise another act would start, Manohar threatens Ramji saying he would have to bear the consequence of it, Lakshmi requests Ramji to not give importance to their words, Rama agrees with Lakshmi but Ramji asks if he would have to say it again that they should remain quiet, he leaves while everyone is worried. Meera turns Rama agreeing with Ramji saying it is between a father and son so they should be allowed to sort it out, Rama turns to the workers thanking them for all their support as they understood the effort of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, they give the newspapers to Rama who gets a bit tensed holding them.
Bhim Rao enters the police station telling the Inspector he has to file a report when the Inspector asks what has happened, Bhim Rao informs he started a newspaper office and some of them got stolen when the Inspector says Bhim Rao is acting as if he knows it all, Bhim Rao says he even found the newspapers hearing which the Inspector says that Bhim Rao first fights for his own class and now has even come to file a complaint against them, Bhim says he just wants to file the complaint because it is relating to justice, Ramji coming asks what about the relations when Bhim tells him this is relating to justice, Ramji requests Bhim to come back home saying he does not mean that Bhim is wrong but they all live beside them and if he files the report then it would cause them to be even more furious as they were even threatening so he believes it is not right to keep those around them just as their enemies, Bhim says if he does it in the future then would always think that when it was about him along with Shishupal and Sethji then he thought of relations, Bhim Rao asks the Inspector to write the report to which he agrees.
Ramji is walking back towards the Chawl with the stick while even being really worried.
Rama is working when Lakshmi comes to sit beside her saying she is very scared wondering what will happen, Rama replies he has gone to fight for justice and will not stop even when Baba tries to stop him, Lakshmi says this will increase the enemies of Bhim Rao, as Jija Bai and Karuna would instigate them even more, Rama says even she is worried but with the passage of years she has realized he is not one of those who turns away from the problems but just wants to work for the justice so suggests they should leave for the work, Lakshmi replies she does not know what would happen in the Chawl but she is worried about the work, Karuna asks if Lakshmi did not understand Rama as she knows that if she gets late then would be fired, Rama asks Karuna to go to the office because if she reaches there first then would see if they both come on time, Rama says her husband already has a a job, Jija Bai coming asks if the work is without pay, Lakshmi replies that it is just to make sure people get awake and this would happen even when Bhim is not alive, Karuna tells Jija Bai they both are habitual of talking such big things.
Ramji while walking recalls how Manohar threatened them of severe consequences while Bhim said that those eyes who are focused on justice donot think of relations.
Meghnath stops Ramji who is walking, Shamla tells Shishupal that Baba is calling Ramji so Shishupal asks her to come as they both would see. Meghnath asks Ramji where is he going with such a long face, Shishupal runs to Ramji while Meghnath demands the answer when the person comes informing Meghnath that Bhim Rao has filed a case on the people of his own Chawl, Meghnath is shocked hearing it asking Ramji why did Bhim Rao did it, Ramji replies he does not want to explain it but the person says that the people from the Chawl stole his newspapers so Bhim got them arrested. Meghnath asks Ramji t go and see what else he would have done, he even demands Shishupal to go but keep thinking that the Bhim who can file an FIR against his own people can even do it to him, Shishupal tells Meghnath that it is not necessary to always be so rude, he leaves with Shamla. The person asks Meghnath what is he thinking, he replies it is to do something and he will do it.
Phuliya, Jokhu, Manohar and Janardhan when Rama and Lakshmi come out to leave for the office but Phuliya says she should go and see if Bhim is doing something against them, Jokhu gets shocked seeing Bhim walking towards the Chawl with the Inspector and even the rest of them are shocked, the Inspector orders the constable to take all of them and not leave anyone, Inspector call the four of them demanding they should come to the police station, Jija Bai says this means Ramji stayed outside after being defeated, Meera also requests Bhim to understand their concern for him, Bhim replies they have to become very strong in order to do what is right. Shoba asks the Inspector to take them all away, Lakshmi also asks Rama to stop Bhim when she says he would not even listen to his won wife.
Phuliya asks them all to listen to the true face of Bhim Rao as he is the one who once tried to save them from being arrested and is he now saving them by bringing the Inspector, Karuna says they should realize this is the truth of Bhim and he is always against them, Bhim replies he is against the crime as they were innocent that time but are criminals now. Ramji, Shishupal and Shamla also come when he asks Shishupal to talk some sense to him, Shishupal and Shamla also say it is wrong along with Sethji, Karuna asks Rama to also say something when Rama replies Karuna also should stay quiet.
Inspector questions what are they all looking at and should arrest them all, they start arresting the four of them seeing which everyone is worried, Phuliya says that Bhim would have to pay a heavy price for making them his enemies, Bhim says it is the punishment, Jokhu furiously says he should wait for them to return but Meghnath angrily stops them all, and asks the people of the Chawl to see the true face of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, he is not their protector but against them for treating the people of his own class in such a manner saying he knows the true desires of Bhim but will not let it happen, Bhim is adamant.
