Rama tells Bhim she did not sleep last night, she walks back to pick the bag in which she starts putting the books before handing it to Bhim, she asks him to do whatever he desires, Bhim says it is weird that every morning, he picks the same bag but it gives different feelings, as sometimes he is very happy thinking he would go to work a lot while when he went to the collage he used to think that after reading the books he would get educated a lot, and when the same bag is picked thinking they have to walk the unknown paths then it gives a lot of fear and tension like today, Rama says the bag would even give him confidence that whenever he has walked on the unknown paths with this particular bag then has achieved new heights, so he should take it and leave. Rama walks out of the room while Bhim wears the bag with a smile on his face.

Jija Bai is working while Bala is sitting beside her, Karuna takes the tea for Ramji who is sitting outside, she asks him to have the tea but he turns his face away, she says whatever happened cannot be changed but he should just have the tea, Karuna places the tea pot beside him before going to ask Bala to have the tea along with Jija Bai, Karuna turns to even offer Rama the tea saying today is the first day of her duty as the manager which is why she is serving it politely, Rama is forced to pick it up then Karuna offers it to even Lakshmi who also takes the pot, Rama asks if she can talk with the manager here or would she have to do it in the office, Rama accepts she left the job yesterday but she needs the job so cannot waste time, Bhim tells Rama that she does not have to find the job however Rama explains she needs the job to support her family but Bhim has to go a long way and overcome a lot of obstacles, Bhim asks Rama to come with him as he has to make her understand something, Rama replies she knows what he is trying to explain and the manager can keep her any way she likes but she cannot leave the job, Karuna is leaving when Rama asks if she can talk with the manager here or in the factory but Karuna asks Rama to come to the factory and not bring her husband there, Bhim asks Rama to try and understand but Rama says that she will bear the humiliation thinking it is the price to fulfill the worries of her husband and that it is just for her but her husband is fighting for the entire society, and when two breads are made in their house then it is necessary to mi humiliation and she will bear it thinking that she loves her family and husband a lot so it is necessary for her to do it which she will surely do. Rama leaves to go back inside and tells Jija Bai that when she talks of family then even includes Jija Bai and Karuna.

Bhim asks his Baba to try and convince Rama, Ramji says that when the youngest daughter in law of their house says such big things then what can he say so they both get quiet.

Shishupal is sitting holding the pot in his hand, Shamla places the books after which she notices her husband sitting, she asks him to not try and explain to himself but should go and do the work, and even she will go to search for some work. Shishupal tells Shamla that he is not able to stand up when Bhim breaks down each day but is able to stand up, he is scared thinking about the strength of Bhim Rao and his belief,Shamla says she read somewhere that the successful people have a lot of marks as success has a relation with pain. Shamla taking the pot asks Shishupal to come with him.

Karuna enters the factory when all of the workers greet her calling her as the manager, Karuna is smiling before going to sit on her chair, she calls Lakshmi asking if she greeted her so then tells her to bring a cup of tea for her, Rama also comes to stand in front of Karuna telling her that she needs work, Karuna replies Rama left with a lot of attitude but she returned, questioning what happened to her as either did she realize the truth of her situation, Karuna replies very less people understand the truth so she orders them all to clap for her, Karuna is laughing at her.

Bhim is sitting on the steps constantly thinking about how Rama asked him to go for his work while she has to solve the problems and would bear the humiliation thinking it is the price to solve the problems of her husband and that it is just for herself while her husband is fighting for the entire society and that she loves him a lot, so it is important that she does it for his happiness.

Sethji and Shishupal come to Bhim Rao who seems tensed, Sethji turns to Shishupal and then calls Bhim but he does not respond at first then Sethji asks where was he lost, Bhim says he is thinking of Rama who would be suffering a lot, Shishupal and Sethji ask Bhim what has happened, he informs that Rama lost her job.

Karuna says Rama is educated so should say it fifty times that the manager should forgive her, Lakshmi tells Karuna that she is doing a lot but Karuna says even Lakshmi should go and search work somewhere else, Rama agrees to say it fifty times, she holding both of her hands starts saying it while Karuna is smiling, Lakshmi is really worried.

Bhim sitting pleas with Rama to forgive him, he gets emotional so Shishupal and Sethji are also worried, Sethji sits beside Bhim telling him to control his emotions as they have a very big war and it is not right for him to cry, Bhim wipes of the tears, Bhim questions when he can he cry, as what can a person do for someone else, which is to fulfill their duty but even after a lot has happened, his wife Rama has gone to bear the taunts of Karuna and suffer the humiliation in front of everyone, it is called doing a favor and Rama will not say it herself that she is doing a favor on him, so he can do his work easily but he himself would accept her favor, Bhim is worried.
