Bhim Rao along with all those who are by his side are eagerly waiting for the newspapers with a smile on their faces, Rama asks Bhim when will the newspaper come as she has to see it and even read it, Bhim replies Sir said they will meet her and then go to distribute it, Deepak says the paper has arrived, they all see Sethji walking towards them with Shishupal and Shamla while holding the newspaper, Shishupal tells Bhim this is his birthday present as it is his story, Bhim slowly walks towards the newspaper and places his hands on them, they all notice that Bhim is not moving, Rama says they all should distribute it together when they see the people of the upper class running after a person, Bhim asks what are they doing when they say he has not taken a bath and would surely leave when the person informs that he is ill and will take a bath later, the people of upper class demand Bhim should get aside but when they did not listen then the people of upper class say that they will not take the water away and pour it on the newspapers which are placed under the tree seeing which everyone is shocked along with Sethji, Shishupal and Shamla. They furiously start looking at the newspapers after which they start smiling, Bhim walks to look at the newspapers which have been destroyed by the water, Meghnath comes saying something very bad has happened with Bhim Rao and so he praises the person for his acting, Bhim along with everyone else are shocked seeing him, Meghnath asks if Bhim Rao enjoyed it saying that first fire and now water have ruined it all, he asks if Bhim rao writes a diary and should write what he had to bear in order to write a single paper, and after he joins them all then would realize how many troubles they have set for him while it is impossible to pass them all successfully.
Sethji, Shishupal, Ramji and everyone else are furious while looking at Meghnath who says that for generations the class of Bhim Rao have not been able to pass through them, Bhim replies he has met a lot of people like him before but then they have come from different to finally reach Bombay and have been fighting him, so they know that they will be able to overcome all of the troubles that come their way, Rama says there is one thing that the river does not stop even if a mountain comes in its way, just like nothing can injure the water then even they would not be injured, Lakshmi says they can give him a lot of reasons when Shoba says he would not be able to understand it, Ramji says he should surely give the answer that he will throw water one day so would they stop publishing it, Meghnath replies he found peace from it then they donot think the people of lower class and do whatever they desire while they are not able to do anything which even makes them feel how they are so helpless, as their effort of the past three weeks has been ruined with just three buckets. Meghnath is laughing with the other people of the upper class, Meghnath says they should distribute it amongst themselves, he even asks Ramji how he desired to distribute the story of him in the city but should now mourn with it. Shishupal stops Meghnath saying he should remember the things he has said today as he would give an answer for it since even his effort was in it, Meghnath replies he will listen to the reply but there are a lot of houses in the house with buckets and they are enough to ruin the plan, Bhim Rao demands Meghnath that it is enough when he says that they all should think why did they not stop Bhim Rao before fighting with them, Meghnath asks Ramji if he understood it along with Bhim, Meghnath starts laughing before walking away with all his people. Bhim goes to pick the newspapers which start tearing as soon as he touches them, seeing which they all get worried. Bhim gets furious by it, Rama tries to console him when Ramji sees the frustration in Bhim Rao. Rama asks him to calm down, Jokhu is looking at them from the corner while smiling before going away. Rama also leaves the hand of Bhim Rao while turning to the newspaper thinking how he told Meghnath she will meet him with the first copy of the newspaper, Rama starts opening the newspaper from which she starts removing the layers, Lakshmi asks what is Rama doing but she does not listen.
Jokhu reaching the Chawl asks Janardhan and Manohar along with Jija Bai, he starts laughing saying they would enjoy it explaining what he saw will make them feel good, Manohar asks if Jokhu would tell the reason when Jokhu says they will surely enjoy it, Karuna questions what has happened because his head has been aching, Jokhu starts laughing again after playing with water but they donot understand, Jokhu says that all the papers have been ruined just as he is not able to hold anything, Jija Bai and Karuna start smiling, Jokhu replies they would feel nice after seeing the face of Bhim, Deepak is walking when Jokhu even throws the water on him after which they all start laughing, Deepak gets furious by the action so says they all are laughing after seeing Bhim helpless when Jokhu replies they would surely feel like enjoying, Deepak says that it is his bucket so asks Jokhu to get away when Deepak starts walking towards the stairs while Jokhu says he would enjoy if Bhim is like this each and every day, Deepak is not able to forget how Bhim was so tensed after seeing the newspapers, Deepak furiously goes back to stand in front of Jokhu and throws the entire bucket of water on him, seeing which they all are shocked while Jokhu furiously starts looking at Deepak.
