In this episode, Karuna serves Bala tea. He asks if his love wasn’t enough, he left alcohol and friends for her. He changed himself for her yet wasn’t enough. Karuna asks him to be quiet, he only believes what he wants. Karuna wants to leave. Bala wants an answer, he isn’t Bhim Rao or Anand. He grabs her hand threatening to marry someone else. Karuna permits him to do so, he leaves her hand. Jijabai comes to Karuna, the hand must be hurting but the pain is yet to increase because Bala is about to bring another wife. Jijabai says that Karuna shouldn’t have meddled with her. Karuna asks Jijabai to find Bala another woman instead of arguing with her.

Meera asks Ramji for the information. Ramji says that the fee is a lot, but he would do everything in his power to stop Bhim Rao from serving the king. Meera sees Bhim Rao and Rama coming, asks where they were. Bhim Rao was out to find work, but people refused to offer him a job for being a graduate. Anand questions, Bhim Rao has to serve the royals anyways. The official brings him file work to complete till the result is announced. Ramji takes the pile, tells that Bhim Rao needs some vacation. The official gives Bhim Rao a week’ notice for the work.

Ramji hides the pile of files. Ramji cannot let Bhim Rao work for the royals now. Bhim Rao wonders why Ramji rushed inside with all the files. Meera tells that Ramji want him to enjoy some days. Shoba rushes to chawl telling Bhim Rao that she heard few examiners opinion to guard Bhim Rao’s papers for others to learn from it. Anand calls Ramji outside to hear the good news, Ramji refuses to do so, he will not listen to Bhim Rao convincing him to work. Anand brings Ramji outside to tell him the good news. Ramji is proud of his son, for the examiner’s remarks to safeguard Bhim Rao’s paper for future generations. Bhim Rao hugs Ramji. Few men dressed in similar clothes come to chawl calling Bhim Rao. They will be preparing to celebrate Bhim Rao’s graduation from college. Hitesh questions, asks what if Bhim Rao fails. Anand doesn’t think so. Karuna sends the men to prepare for the celebration.

Ramji comes inside with tears in his eyes, recalls Ramji struggling for his education. He bursts into tears; Rama comes asking if he misses his mother. Bhim Rao agrees, his mother would be happy for her son’s graduation. She would have made him sweet tortilla; it was a habit. She wasn’t educated herself but wanted him to study, grow and do something for his caste and brothers, free them from fear of lower caste. Bhim Rao recalls that his mother saved his first copy, wanted to keep it safe to remember that her son started education from this copy. She wanted to save his last copy as well, but she left herself. Bhim Rao couldn’t find that copy anywhere after her death. He missed his mother when everyone talked about keeping his copy in college. Rama wonders where the copy was. Ramji tells that it was burnt with her body. Bhim Rao is a brave man; she must be looking at him from above with hope to see him prosper. Ramji wipes his tears as well, asks Rama to cook them sweet tortilla.

Vaipal asks Shishupal why they keep failing in front of Bhim Rao. A man comes asking about Vaijnath who was resting inside. The man calls Vaijnath outside, Shishupal and Vaipal question him. Vaijnath comes outside. He tells the upper caste trusted Vaijnath to avenge Bhim Rao, but he disappointed everyone. The man in here to inform that day after tomorrow Vaijnath’s turban will be taken from him during Bhim Rao’s graduating ceremony.
