Ek Mahanayak – Dr. B.R. Ambedkar 15th February 2021 Written Episode

The episode starts with Ram ji carrying Tulsa on the bed outside. He shouts at kids this is why he forbids them to cook. The neighbors had gathered. They ask how Ram ji can think of being a mother to these kids. They all wish him to remarry. Bhim says they will soon learn to live like this. The neighbors convince Bhim to think above the emotions, they all wish Ram ji to marry and that is the right thing. Jijabai watches this from a distance.

At night, Ram ji sat alone. Champa joins him, saying that a woman never forgets anything. She likes Ram ji and wish they spend a lifetime together. Ram ji removes her hand from his shoulder. He says he is extremely tensed and feels suffocated. Champa clarifies she did not come to make her tense, She only wanted to assure him she will take care of him, his family, his house and kids. Now he must decide how to get ready for marriage.

At home, Tulsa convince Bhim that everyone is right. Though the new wife will not be like their Ayi, still Baba’s tensions will reduce. It is the right decision for Baba to remarry. Other siblings back Tulsa that Ram ji is overloaded. Bhim also knows Ram ji will only agree to remarry if they all convince him. Bhim leaves crying that no one can take his Ayi’s place.

Ram ji returns home. Meera requests him to come here, she has to speak to him. When in childhood they had fights, they used to end the matters by talking to each other. It is the same today.

Ram ji sat alone in a field. Bhima bai comes to join him. Bhim asks why he wanted Baba to remarry. Bhima bai hugs Bhim and says Puranjan explained him that he needs to keep his likes and dislikes aside. He will get the answers. She feels his Baba must remarry. Bhim did not want so. Bhima bai asks if he would force his likes or dislikes on others. One must not always assert one’s own decisions and leave matters to situations.

Meera convinces Ram ji that everyone wants his favors. If he will be able to handle if their family gets dispersed. She requests Ram ji to agree to marriage. Bhola, Anand, Tulsa and Manjula also say they will convince Bhim, but Bua is right. Meera says Bhim was closest to Bhima Bai. Ram ji asks about Bhim. The kids say he is outside. Bhim comes home. Ram ji speaks to Bhim… Bhim says he understands Ram ji wants to speak to him about his second marriage. But it is Ram ji’s personal decision. His own opinion is more important here.
Champa comes from behind saying everything is resolved. She speaks to Meera that Ram ji’s silence speaks of his agreement. She is also ready to marry him. Bhim goes inside. Meera was confused. Ram ji says they all wanted this. Champa touches Meera’s feet, but Meera pulls herself back. Champa asks Meera for her blessings, so that she can be a mother to these kids. Bhim watches this and thinks it is difficult to keep aside what is right or wrong. Later, Meera asks Ram ji who this girl is. They like another girl for them. Ram ji says if he has to marry, he will only marry Champa. He wants no more discussions on this matter.

The next morning, Ram ji was having tea. His boss comes to Ram ji. Seth Ji was sent by Champa, he came to resolve Ram ji’s problem. He announces that their wedding will take place in the evening at his factory. He asks Ram ji to come along, they will buy new clothes for Ram ji. Ram ji did not want to get ready; he assures they will be at the factory.

Puranjan comes to meet Meera. Meera was tensed and says Ram ji is marrying Champa. But she feels something is not right. Puranjan asks if she discussed about Jijabai? Meera says Ram ji will marry Champa in the evening. Puranjan tells Meera that Maharaj’s men beat Jijabai’s father so that she does not marry Ram ji. But last night, Ram ji saved Jijabai from some goons. She is determined to marry Ram ji since then.

Bhim packs his bag, filling it with clothes. He says he will not come home because he cannot see someone else with Baba except Ayi.

PRECAP: Maharaj’s men tell Bhim rao to go and attend his father’s marriage, he will be lucky to have a chance like this as only few people get to see their fathers remarry. Bhim runs to Ram ji and says his selection for marriage is not good. The lady Meera Bua and Puranjan selected is the right choice for him.
