In the morning Rama is sleeping in the room on the floor while Bhim is on the bed, she wakes up due to the sun and then turns to Bhim who is sleeping peacefully, she starts smiling looking at him thinking today is his birthday so she will first bring a rose flower which she will give to him, Rama walks out of the house to the balcony where she sees the rose flower but then hears the people talking that there is a fire here and so someone should end it, they demand that everyone should quickly bring the water. Rama runs back to Bhim saying he should get up quickly and come out to see what has happened. Bhim is shocked thinking how Sethji said he will come and take the written paper from the office, Bhim starts running towards the office while Ramji along with Puran and Bala are throwing the water, Ramji stops Bhim saying there is nothing left there seeing which Jija Bai and Karuna are smiling, Ramji informs that everything has become dust after being burnt, the supporters of Bhim are very tensed while the enemies are smiling., Shishupal and Sethji also rush to the office where they see it burning, Meghnath coming wishes Bhim on his birthday, he coming close once again wishes Bhim on his birthday saying they are celebrating it, Rama asks Meghnath to leave from here but he says that nothing can be done by her as the dream of her husband got burnt down and she was not able to send the fire away when he has come with the bouquet and some people. Meghnath calls them all so the people of the upper class walk into the Chawl holding the bouquet in their hands. Bhim says that everything became dust, the person asks whom should he give the bouquet as the person whose birthday is today is actually crying.
Karuna tells Jija Bai that today there is going to be morning, Meghnath asks Rama to take the bouquet as she is able to share all of the pains and happiness of her husband, Meghnath tells everyone that the birthday of Bhim Rao is celebrated with the belief that their lives will change but today should celebrate it thinking that nothing is going to change for them, Jokhu agrees with Meghnath saying they should swear that whatever dream Bhim Rao shows them then they would never believe it, Meghnath asks Rama Bai to start the mourning as he vowed to turn their happiness into mourning, Meghnath once again wishes Bhim Rao on his birthday. Shishupal and Sethji are also furiously looking at Meghnath. Rama starts smiling looking at the office when Meghnath gets shocked asking if she has suffered a major shock, Rama asks him to turn back as the supporters of Bhim Rao are coming. They all are shocked seeing the people coming while holding the sweets in their hands, Meghnath orders his men to get away from them all
The people coming to the Chawl stand, Rama says that four to six people cannot force them to mourn as the brightness of the sun does not diminish even if it is covered, the people wish Bhim Rao on his birthday explaining they even brought flowers for him last year and will do the same, Rama asks Bhim Rao to go and take the flowers on his birthday, Ramji also tells him when Rama says her husband does not see the dirt but hope which is present in the eyes of everyone, Ramji says the thing which hurts their feelings should be forgotten, he advises Bhim to move ahead in his life. Lakshmi says that the person who is their hope does not have any right to be sad, Meera also mentions Bhim must not be worried if one of his plans ruined as he can make another plan, Deepak says he has the knowledge to think of something, the people also say if the leader can cry when his soldiers are present. Bhim starts thinking while everyone is standing in front of him, Ramji and Rama ask Bhim to go so he slowly walks to stand in front of the people who wish him on his birthday when he slowly takes the flowers from the people in his hands, they all then start celebrating his birthday which makes everyone emotional. Ramji and Bhim remember how they would also celebrate the moments with Bhim. Shishupal standing recalls how he would always oppose Bhim Rao but then finally understood it when Bhim helped him after his father tortured him, Jija Bai and Karuna however are furious. Shamla remembers when she came running to Bhim on her wedding day and he supported her. Bhim keeps standing there for a while seeing which Ramji and Rama are smiling, Bhim praises them all not only because they have celebrated his birthday but even because when he got weak then they all gave him strength so he is grateful to them all for this, the supporters also greet Bhim after which they go to stand in the corner, Meghnath tells Bhim Rao that there is still some heat in the fire while his strength would be burnt, Meghnath asks what did Shamla say that he does not know how to fulfill the rivalry when he has even done it all by coming here, Rama stops Meghnath saying he should give the bouquet which they have brought, she asks Lakshmi and Deepak to take the bouquet from them all so they ask for it from the people of the upper class who throw them at Rama, Lakshmi and Deepak, Rama says that even if they were brought to ruin the birthday of her husband but now it would be used for another purpose, hearing which they all are shocked while Rama is adamant.
