Karuna and Lakshmi sit down to talk. Meera came asking for food, Bala and Anand question them for being awake despite working all night. Karuna and Lakshmi are neither tired nor worried, after a long time they have got a job. For the first time they worked with upper caste without feeling odd. Lakshmi found new ways of grinding spices. Karuna informs that these spices were exported.
Bhim Rao leaves for work, Rama brings him lunch asking how would he feel after sitting on his seat once again. Bhim Rao doesnt know, questions why she is asking. Rama wonders why the people sitting on those seats never recognized them, is it their fault of seat is to be blamed. Bhim Rao blames the people, because Governor considers them human. Bhim Rao was leaving, returned to tell Rama that he will forever remain same. Rama appreciates him promising about it, will note it in the diary. Bhim Rao leaves.

Shoba returns home to tell Deepak that he is leaving to see Bhim Rao on his seat. Shoba questions, Deepak should study to get a seat for himself as well. Deepak wants to witness that reality, it would keep him motivated. Shoba hopes for Deepak to be like Bhim Rao.
The Sethji was on his way to the office to get revenge, stops for tea. Men sitting at the tea stall blame Sethji for hiring Bhim Rao, he has humiliated everyone.

Sethji comes to office, Bhim Rao greets him, Sethji questioned Bhim Rao for sitting on the seat. The manager greets Sethji, makes him sit. Sethji asks the manager to give him tea. The manager does so, tells that the manager is only worth of serving tea, who is he to make decisions. Bhim Rao questions. The manager tells that this caste difference if only matter of opinion. Sethji throws the tea at him, asks abut the work he designated, than fires the manager. The manager requests him not to do so. Bhim Rao asks why anyone has to be fired. Sethji tells that Bhim Rao’s sister in laws injured his wife. Bhim Rao questions, his wife was the first one to attack. Sethji would do as he please. Sethji tells that only one person will work here, either the manager or Bhim Rao. Vaijnath appreciates Sethji for doing well. Vaijnath mocks the manager. Today, Bhim Rao’s value about caring for other people will get tested. He should leave the job himself to prove his stance. Sethji asks who will leave the job. Bhim Rao decides to leave the job. Vaijnath will spread the news about Bhim Rao’s selflessness to everyone. He asks Bhim Rao to leave, reminds that he should leave his dream to get a job. Bhim Rao is leaving, before that, thanks Sethji for this office, in this office, he was given a seat for the first time. Sethji sends his man to bring tea for Vaijnath. Bhim Rao packs his stuff to leave. The manager stops Bhim Rao, he decides to leave this job. The manager will get a new job but it would be hard for Bhim Rao. Sehtji can not fire Bhim Rao, if he does the manager will file a case against him. The manager packs his stuff, he learnt a lot from Bhim Rao in one night. The manager might not be able to help Bhim Rao in his fight, but would anything otherwise. Bhim Rao requests the Sethji to stop the manager. Sethji tells that the upper caste has problem with lower caste elevating their status. He has no problem f the lower casts stays in their limit. Sethji will teach Bhim Rao a lesson, asks him to grab the chair and bring it outside.
