The episode begins with Bhim Rao questioning Police officer. Varchand corrects Bhim Rao, tells that what police officer is doing is call power. Officer asks everyone to stay withing chawl’s boundary until the search ends, anyone seen outside the chawl will be killed on spot. Joshi interferes, he sure that Bhim Rao will not trespass law. Ramji reminds that his pot of sins will have a drastic fall. The officer leaves. Hitesh begs Varchand not to take revenge from him. Varchand has no issue with Hitesh, they are just unlucky to have Bhim Rao as their neighbor. Varchand and Joshi leaves.

Varchand informs David about reaching chawl at the right time because some of them were leaving. Water tastes best when thirsty. Joshi understood the concept of world being made with water and fire. He praises his teacher for teaching him about fire and its purpose to burn the lower caste and now David who taught him the purpose of water, to deprive lower caste of it so they could die of thirst. For David it is only the start, a lot has to be accomplished. Joshi will do whatever it takes.

Everyone in chawl sits in despair. Everything is ruined, they will die of thirst. Jijabai blames Bhim Rao responsible for their death. At least this death will be an example against Bhim Rao’s preaching. He stops Jijabai from speaking further, his fight is no weak or useless. Ramji refuse to let this fight come to a dead end. There was one else to witness that the day Bhim Rao was born, the rain stopped and sunrose after 10 days. Bhim Rao is no ordinary person; this fight has just begun. It will get harder for him with every step, but Bhim Rao must stay determined and on put. He must think of any solution but not the off giving up. Anand and Lakshmi leaves. Hitesh taunts, Bhim Rao’s family doesn’t care abut him. everyone else leaves. Rama encourages Bhim Rao to think of something.

David orders policemen to shoot Bhim Rao as soon as he steps out of the chawl. The police man assures, his past experiences with Bhim Rao urges the officer to teach him the lesson of political power.

Bhim Rao tells how the government is not given the power to abuse it. Jijabai taunts Bhim Rao asking him to read less. For her books have no connection with real life. Ramji asks if Jijabai ever read a single book, yet taunts Bhim Rao for it. Jijabai may not have read any book but questions Bhim Rao if anything he read in his books have ever been applied in real life. Rama answers that their struggle is to make the connection. Jijabai is tired of hearing about the struggle. Ramji asks Jijabai to go inside and talk to herself as much as she wants. Right now, Ramji and Bhim Rao need to find a solution. Nothing can be done without leaving this place. Rama asks if what he wrote in his journal is a lie.

Lakshmi doesn’t care about anything; she will go out to bring water even if it means risking her life or taking a bullet. Anand makes her swear not to do so. Lakshmi cries, Anand’s condition is getting worse. She can not see him like this, his promises will be worth nothing without him. As a husband, Anand can not let Lakshmi go out of the chawl. Anand assures Lakshmi that they will find a solution.

Rama reminds him about writing that the words must be loud enough to reach the common people. Jijabai questions her. Bhim Rao agrees with Rama.
