Vaijnath enters the offices and was shocked to see Bhim Rao reading the newspaper while sitting on a seat. Vaijnath questions his audacity for sitting on a seat. Bhim Rao keeps ignoring him, asks him to remain silent, people are only listened to if what they are saying if worth listening. Bhim Rao wants Vaijnath to let him do is work. Vaijnath threatens to tell the manager. The manager enters the room telling Vaijanth that he asked Bhim Rao to take a seat. Vaijnath questions, asks he is drunk. The manager questions Vaijnath for standing here, he is not the owner here. The manager wants Vaijnath to keep the caste difference outside the office. Vaijnath thinks that Bhim Rao knows some black magic, Bhim Rao defies. Vaijanth wants the manager to reconsider his decision, one day he might not have a seat. Bhim Rao tells that hard work creates more seats for people to fill. He notion of having a seat and not belongs to the upper caste. Vaijnath kicks the seats asking Bhim Rao not to act proud. The manager shouts at him. Bhim Rao places the seat back to there places, the manager thanks him. They both return to work.

At night, Meera tells Ramji about her fear. Bhim Rao would have considered Deepak’s marriage his failure. Ramji agrees, everything has happened for the best. Jijabai wants them to discuss some other topic, or remain silent, there are a lot of other things to do instead of talking. Bhim Rao comes home telling that he is happy, Jijabai wants to know why, calls Rama. Bhim Rao tells that he has been given a seat in the office. He burnt the cloth he used to wrap around his hand. Bhim Rao worked like all others.
Vaijnath manipulates the owner against the manager, tells that he want to make Bhim Rao the owner. The manager is conspiring against the owner. The owner gave Bhim Rao a job but he has been indulged in a lot of bad activates. Shishupal blames Bhim Rao for his blindness and Vaipal arrest of false accusation. The owner can teach Bhim Rao a lesson. The owner decides to do so, will make sure that Bhim Rao and his caste members never decide take a seat.

Bhim Rao is happy because in future others will have the opportunity to have an office. Ramji and Rama wipe their tears. Jijabai asks Bhim Rao to take everyone else to his office. Ramji explains that Bhim Rao meant the near future. Jijabai doesn’t care, a lamp can not be compared with the Sun. Bhim Rao wants everyone to stop differentiating. Rama congratulates him for wining this war. Ramji doesn’t want Bhim Rao to mind what Jijabai ‘s words, has something to ask from Bhim Rao. Ramji asks if Bhim Rao’s feet hurt when he used to work standing up, wants Bhim Rao to be honest. Bhim Rao doesn’t know about pain, he was just hurt. Ramji asks if Bhim Rao felt pride after sitting on his seat. Bhim Rao only felt happy, not pride.

Hitesh asks Joku and Manohar to go and tease Deepak . Joku and Hitesh asks how he feels after making his father run away. Deepak requests them not to talk on this topic, his father left because he lied. Manohar asked if someone questioned him about the abandoned wedding, Deepak did everything Bhim Rao wanted. Deepak wants to know what do they get after mocking Bhim Rao. Hitesh feels amused.

Ramji wants Bhim Rao to answer. Bhim Rao asks Ramji to tell his concern. Ramji tells that Bhim Rao was standing on a lot of people’s hope, so he didn’t feel any pain, when he sat, it gave him hope for a bright future, that hope brought him empathy, not pride. Bhim Rao learns a lot from Ramji. Meera kisses Bhim Rao on the forehead, she loves to see him happy, Bhim Rao won the battle he has been fighting for weeks, its an achievement for everyone.
