The episode begins with Rama unable to understand why the superior caste has no humanity. Bhim Rao blames them for doing it purposely so that the lower caste may spend all their life for food and shelter unable to spare time for anything else. David praises Bhim Rao’s intellect but assures that someone will die of thirst today. He leaves to make some new laws, asks Bhim Rao to take care of Nandu.
Everyone brings Nandu back to chawl. Hitesh taunts as he will not be alright for a long time now. Bhim Rao comes in asking for Nandu’s health. Joku blames Bhim Rao for Nandu’s condition. Rama questions. Joku blames that’s Bhim Rao took a fight with David because of Arti, now they are deprived of water resources with a dead animal in their well. Shoba asks if Joku never found a dead animal before. Hitesh replies that the dead animal didn’t cause death of a human or a British officer lecturing everyone. Janardan asks Bhim Rao to tell what David said to him. Jijabai taunted, wants Ramji, Rama and Shoba to answer as well because they forced Arti to take the steps. Rama replied, Meera stopped her from explaining to Jijabai. She in return demands water, Hitesh follows Jijabai and picks his bucket asking for water as well. He will not say anything like Jijabai but Bhim Rao must tell him where to get water from. Janardan, Joku and few other chawl members demanded the same thing from Bhim Rao. Phuliya stops Joku, calls him being influenced by Hitesh. Joku asks Phuliya to do all the work with water or else be quiet. Daliya request everyone to come with a solution rather than fighting. Bhim Rao asks everyone to bring water from neighbor’s well. A man informs everyone about Government’s new Law, that no member of one neighborhood can being water from other’s well. Doing so will be considered fugitive. Bhim Rao questions. Joshi come in explaining, this is all about law that Bhim Rao wants everyone to follow. Joshi tells Hitesh tha the man did one good thing, he made everyone understand the law. Bhim Rao must have understood the law by now, neither will break nor let anyone else break it. Joshi told Bhim Rao that David is members of legislative committee, he just devised the law to be implemented. he questions Rama for not praising Bhim Rao right now. Rama is only thinking how low Joshi can get. Joshi angrily replies that he will do whatever it takes to clean the dirt off his shoes. Joshi leaves.
Bhim Rao shares the issue with Siriam, the law came to a shock to him as well. Bhim Rao informs that David is members of legislative committee. Sriram suggests protesting against this law. Bhim Rao urges him to do so. Police officer comes with a letter for Sriram, the Government has asked him to leave Bombay immediately or he will be quarantined. Sriram questions why so. The Government considers Sriram being a bad influence over the people of Bombay. Sriram agrees to leave. Bhim Rao stops him from going with police, asks him to go to Pune. Sriram questions. Bhim Rao requests Sriram to leave for Pune. The police will escort Sriram to police station. As he was leaving, Bhim Rao thanks Sriram for his work, opinion and efforts for the lower caste. He assures to do the same and make history.
Jijabai demands to have a solution. Meera asks her to wait, Bhim Rao has gone to see Sriram. He will come back with a solution. David intervenes saying that Sriram left for Pune. Joshi, Varchand and David enters the chaw. Rama doesn’t care, they will come with a solution. Rama enthusiasm is something Varchand dearly missed while, the chawls dramas are a relief to him. Hitesh and Janardan beg Varchand not to deprive them of water. David wants everyone to suffer. Shoba asks what will he get form doing this, Arti isn’t here. They must let it go. Joshi questions, Bhim Rao didn’t let it go when Arti was leaving, he should have not lectured David then. Since Bhim Rao ignited the flames, everyone must burn in it. Hitesh doesn’t want to burn; they are David’s follower and asks him for a solution. Ramji does not consider everyone a follower of David. Bhim Rao can not be a part of David’s clan. Janardan asks Ramji not to continue his son’s fire. David has a way out of it for everyone.
Bhim Rao wonders who to arrange water, he is clueless in Sriram’s absence.
