Maanvi sleeping and jeevika keeps looking at her promising herself that she will take care of her forever.

Dadaji and swamini having conversation abt informing everything to beeji. They call jeevika to discuss matters. Dadaji asks jeevika to call hrishikesh and inform.

Beeji calls jeevika and asks about maanvi’s operation. Jeevika informs her about the hault in surgery and assures her that they will find a new donour for maanvi. Beeji is all shattered. Jeevika asks beeji to pray to ‘Ganga maiya’ for maanvi’s recovery. Jeevika also asks beeji not to convey the facts to badi beeji.

Maanvi wakes up and sees virat sitting in front of her. She asks lovingly whether “you keep staring at me when I sleep like my bodyguard…mere salman?”

Virat says adoringly, ” I will never leave my kareena”

Maanvi says their story is like a movie…after 2 and half hours it will end. Virat warns her no to utter such words.Their story cannot be measured in terms of time and days. He says with frustration that his bone marrow doesn’t match hers…or else he would have given it to her and the operation would not have been a failure.

Jeevika is in dilemma about her own child and maanvi who is also like a child to jeevika.

Maanvi faints suddenly and jeevika rushes to her. Doctor is called immediately. Doctor announces that her organs are becoming weak…and she went into diabetic coma ( She will gain consciousness as her sugar level gets normal ).

Badi beeji overhears chachu and beeji when they were discussing about maanvi’s operation. Badi beeji breaks down on hearing that maavi cannot survive this if they are unable to find a donor for her within the next few days.

Viren and jeevika discussing about maanvi’s donor and viren sadly says that its almost impossible to find a donor for her within the next few days. Jeevika proposes to him about herself being maanvi’s donor and her bone marrow is a ‘perfect six on six’ for maanvi. Viren reminds her that she cant donate her bone marrow as she is pregnant. Jeevika carefully and slowly utters the words that she never wanted to utter may be. She says, ” may be your world will turn upside down after hearing my words…may be you will hate me forever…but still I will have to say this to you. I can be a dnor for maanvi if I abort the child of ours”

Viren is all shocked and becomes numb on hearing this. Both of them look at each other with shocked and teary eyes.
