How the winners will be decided?
-All the winners will be decided based on YOUR votes only.
How many times can I vote?
-You can vote only once from each computer device for each category.
-However, you can tell your family/friends to vote, if you want your favorite shows and characters to win.
Can I vote for more than one show or character?
-For some categories, yes, you can. But for most of the categories, you can only choose one option.
Why can’t I see the results after voting?
-Results will be visible when polls are closed and winners are declared.
When the voting will be closed?
-All polls will be closed for voting on 29th December, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (Indian time).
When the winners will be announced?
-We may update who is leading time to time on our FACEBOOK page. But the final results will be announced on 30th December 2012, around 9:00 p.m. (Indian time).

December 29, 12:43Excuse me arshi fans , u r irritating other shows fan to the core. Pls do not discriminate other serials or the fans. Some of the arshi fans mentioned that Arshi is the best, the most eternal couple and had created history but I wonder if they are so mighty than any other shows main couple lead and they deserve everything mean why are you here to vote them? I just feel sorry for those arshi fans coz they r dying to make Barun aka Arnav to win but he is just interested in acting on big screens but not of his fans anymore . I think Sanaya deserves the award bcoz she is nice but not barun.
