Anand tries to suffocate Rukmani but Ganga Prasad walks in and stops him and both get in a fight. Anand attempts to suffocate Rukmani with a pillow, but Ganga Prasad intervenes, leading to a physical altercation between them.

Ganga Prasad is taken aback when he sees Anand’s face and learns that he is his son. Neelu apologizes to Mansi, admitting her attempt to steal her husband but offering assistance nonetheless. Mansi rebuffs Neelu’s gesture, asserting that Anand will eventually leave her too. She then turns to Komal, urging Neelu to leave. Neelu, however, remains determined to achieve her goals by any means necessary.

Ganga Prasad confronts Anand about his attempt to harm their mother, leading to a heated exchange. Despite being his birth mother, Anand shows no remorse and continues to attack Ganga Prasad. Yash informs Doree that she cannot donate blood to Rukmani due to her age, but Doree insists on helping, despite the risks involved. The doctor warns Doree about the dangers but eventually agrees to proceed with the blood transfusion.

Neelu confides in Maya about her desire for revenge against Anand and her determination to secure her child’s status within the Thakurian family. Maya suggests a plan to Neelu, who eagerly agrees. As Doree undergoes the blood donation process, Ganga Prasad and Anand engage in a violent altercation. Mahendra observes the fight and realizes the extent of their conflict.

Nani informs Mansi about Doree’s decision to donate blood to Rukmani, despite the risks involved. Mansi prays for Doree’s well-being, hoping she will recover from her selfless act. As Doree’s condition worsens, everyone anxiously awaits news of her recovery.
