Diya Aur Baati shot with the real NCC cadets!

The journey of chasing your dreams is not easy; its full of hurdles as we can see in Shashi Sumeet Mittal’s popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus. While Suraj (Anas Rashid) is putting his best effort to fulfill his wife Sandhya’s (Deepika Singh) dream to become an IPS officer, things are not going the easy way and the couple is facing a lot of hurdles on their way.
Our source says, “In the upcoming episodes of the show, Sandhya will be in a dilemma as Bhabho (Neelu Vaghela) will give her two options – either to lose the quiz and gain the status of Badi Bahu in the family or win the show and stay with Suraj in a separate house. Knowing this, Suraj encourages Sandhya and she emerges as a winner of the competition. Sandhya will be handed over the trophy by Shah Rukh Khan. Eventually, Suraj leaves home with Sandhya and finding no place to stay, the duo spend a night at a NCC (National Cadet Corps) camp and they even celebrate Independence Day with them.”
The team shot with the real NCC Cadets and had a great time shooting with all of them. Talking about the experience of shooting with the team, director Rohit Raj Goyal told us, “It was a mind blowing experience shooting with them. Whatever team work we all do, the NCC cadets are far more beyond all of us when it comes to team work. We get to know about the hard work they do and the tough training sessions they have to cross through. They all were all-rounders and no one were afraid of the camera. They were just perfect in everything.”
He further added, “We got to learn a very nice thing from them as they told us that when they were being trained, they used to say that ‘Ek ki galti matlab sabki galti.’ It was a very nice lesson to learn from all of them. A team work should only be called as a team work if any single person’s mistake will be taken as the entire team’s mistake. We get to learn discipline from them and we realized that we say that we do hard work but our hard work is nothing in front of theirs. We can retake if we do mistakes but they are punished for that.”
“They all very happy as it wasn’t a work for them to shoot with us. It was an enjoyment for them. They were very happy to be a part of our show for shooting for this sequence with us. They were real while acting for the scenes,” concludes Rohit.
It will be interesting for the viewers to watch as to how Suraj Sandhya cross the hurdles coming in their way and what will be Bhabho’s reaction seeing her beloved son Suraj leaving the house to fulfill his wife’s dreams.
