Gary asks decision of Sooraj. Sooraj says he cannot go against his culture and traditions hence he will not cook the non-veg food. Gary is angry and asks him to leave the competition and he might have to face the lawsuit and penalty for which his life time money isn’t enough to pay back

Sooraj says the same thing that he cannot go against his religion/culture and removes the cap and apron. At Rahi family all are angry on Sooraj but worried at the same time. Mohit blurts that Sooraj must have agreed and because of his stubbornness they are loosing big amount Dhaisa comes home to inform this and watch with them.

Jayant and Brandon oppose to Gary’s decision saying he is not wrong and he should be given a chance. Indian have certain culture that they cannot bypass them for any situation. Maithi is angry at Jayant and asks him to stop but he pours out all angry. Maithi pushes away Brandon for supporting Sooraj with a heated argument. He calls her looser.

Bhabo helps Brandon and he begs to keep Sooraj in competition. Audience argue with different comments. Sooraj says before there starts fights they should leave the place. Gary says to Sooraj that he is coward and he cannot leave like this and he doesn’t understand Customer is King Sandy gets angry and tells Sooraj that she cannot say Coward word to Sooraj and she cannot take it.

Maithi is happy that Sooraj is leaving the competition. Sandhya says to Gary that since Customer is the King then they must go for public voting and ask the people who is right and wrong. If majority vote goes for Sooraj giving another chance in pratiyogita they will stay. Gary says he needs to discuss with Management committee.. After long discussion he says they have agreed for voting.

SurYa request for voting with their true opinion. Rathi families few neighbors support and few taunt him for bad naming Indians Media, public are outside Competition hall/Hotel protesting for decision on Sooraj. Gary and other judge announce voting lines are open and all can start voting.
