Vikram draping a blue color saree to the doll. Meena comes there and scolds him for the change in his behavior as how could he suggest business idea to Suraj and what will happen to them, etc. Vikram taunts her saying they are brothers and everything cannot be done with selfish motive. He also tells her wherever Suraj goes for orders, he takes their pamphlets too and gets good customers, he names some of them and tells Meena that he will call them and inform not to buy clothes from their shop. Meena picks up the empty saree box lying there and finds vaidyarani’s advertisement pamphlet on the ground and is scared Vikram could see it. She changes her tone and agrees with Vikram while trying to drag that pamphlet towards her without Vikram’s knowledge but he sees it and picks it. He identifies the lady as Meena’s relative who took sarees from their shop the day before and Meena denies it. She somehow manages to pick that paper from Vikram. Vikram asks her to return it so that he could identify the woman clearly. Meena runs with that paper and Vikram chases her. They finally hold both ends of the pamphlet and tear it into pieces. Meena is relieved but Vikram tries to join the pieces together. He manages to join some of the pieces and identifies the lady correctly. Meena cooks up a story telling there are 7 different people of similar appearance and before marriage, she also found a person similar to Vikram who was making a monkey dance on the street and leaves from there. Vikram thinks she is definitely fooling him.
SurYa in the market. Sandhya pleading him to think again and not take such a decision that he will not be happy with. Suraj answers that he would not be happy but he has to find happiness in whatever he does and he has learnt it from her. When she can find happiness in learning sewing and others, he too would do. He ignores and talks about matar (peas) which is her favorite and buys it from the vegetable seller. He asks her to move ahead so that they can buy other things. Sandhya is helpless.
Meena in vaidyarani’s clinic. Other women sitting there are speaking about chain snatching happening in Pushkar and a lady fully covered with a blue saree comes in (It is Vikram who had worn a blue saree similar to that he draped to the doll a while before). Meena is suspicious about that woman first but then identifies the saree and is happy that the saree got sold too soon. She advertises about Rathi Saree Center to the other women sitting there. It is Meena’s turn and she goes inside. Vikram changes his place so that he could see inside vaidyarani’s room. He sees Meena asking the vaidyarani medicine and she gives her some packets to Meena and asks for money. Meena cleverly says that she has to adjust it to the sarees she bought from their shop and leaves. Vikram also follows Meena.
In the market, Suraj excitedly speaking about crackers, etc and tells Chotu has told him to buy less sound-producing crackers so as to avoid noise pollution. Sandhya is helpless and does not answer anything. Suraj then goes to a sweet shop there. The owner of the sweet shop welcomes him saying the king of halwaii has come to his shop and his happiness has no bounds. Suraj asks his help and asks a job for pappuda. The owner agrees immediately to offer job to pappuda. Sandhya watching all this.
Meena is having chat and suddenly sees the blue saree woman (Vikram) observing her. She gets suspicious and hides behind a cart. Vikram searches for her here and there and Meena is confident now that that woman is following her only. She thinks of chain snatchers and gets scared. Vikram bends down and finds Meena hiding. Meena then gets up to him and holds his neck and shouts “robber, robber” and people gather there. Some of them take photo and Meena is posing for them thinking it would be published in newspaper. Women start beating Vikram and Meena is enjoying. Vikram shouts in pain and his saree covering his face is removed. People recognize it is man and start beating him more. Someone tells the robber is shouting “Meena” and then Meena recognizes Vikram. She then informs the crowd that he is her husband and scares them away.
Bhabhasa all dressed up and wants to know how he is looking. He calls for Bhabho who is lost seeing Suraj’s sweet shop through the window. Bhabhasa comes there and tells he can understand Bhabho and tries to console her saying even before WTC, she was scared too much and after Suraj won WTC, she was happy too. Now, Suraj is selling his name instead of his work and it is like a promotion in his business from one level to a higher one and Bhabho would agree with his decision some day. Bhabho tells but this time she is not feeling good with Suraj’s decision for which Bhabhasa advises her to get Sandhya’s opinion on this as he knows his Sandhya beendani is good, caring about Suraj and if there is something wrong happening with Suraj, she would be the first one to protect him. Bhabho is in agreement. Bhabhasa asks her to get ready for the festival and be happy and asks is he looking good in his new kurta. Bhabho nods her head.
