Episode starts with Sandhya saying what is the use of following a path which has hurdles all the way, hurt their near ones and also which they could not accomplish fully. Suraj says he was a simple halwaii a few months before and Sandhya had the intuition and belief in him that he could achieve something and he could go to Singapore and win WTC. Sandhya is about to tell something but Suraj stops her from saying anything. He states that now he believes that God wants Sandhya to fulfill her dream as he did not end it with Suraj failing to get admission for Sandhya and Bhabho burning the admission form. He extended an opportunity by Chavvi losing her jewelry in the parlor, Suraj coming to get the jewelry back leading to him coming to the night college, a fact which he was never aware of that even night colleges exists, him getting admission for Sandhya, all indicate that everything happens for a reason. He believes that God has given them another opportunity. A paper flies down over them, Suraj picks it and gives it to Sandhya. While Sandhya is seeing that paper, Suraj thinks let Sandhya think over and agree with his decision.
Meena in her room is measuring the tonic and confused whether it is 3 or 4 spoons, thinks over to herself and says that if she drinks more, she would benefit more and drinks the whole bottle. Vikram enters the room and is shocked to see this. He scolds her for drinking the whole bottle at a time and Meena ignores him saying it is tonic and good for the baby and while other kids take a year to walk, her kid would be running in 6 months.
Suraj tells Sandhya to think over it again with her heart and not mind and she has some time too. Sandhya is confused and he says he saw the notice board and came to know they have 2 days leave for diwali and she has 2 days time to think calmly and take a good decision which she does not have to regret at any point in the future. Sandhya does not say anything and leaves from there. They return back on the scooter while Sandhya is looking at the college name board.
SurYa reach home. They enter the house and while closing the door back, Sandhya asks whether they are too late but Suraj tells her she has not replied to him and asks her to think over again. Suddenly, they hear Bhabho’s voice and are shocked. Bhabho is holding a lantern in her hand as there is no current in the house and all the Rathi members are in the hall. Bhabho asks Suraj what he asked Sandhya to think. SurYa are dumb while Chathuri rescues them saying maybe Suraj asked to select the color of the serial lights they use during diwali. Bhabho replies back that as usual whatever color Suraj likes, let him bring. She tells Sandhya to not think too much and follow Suraj’s wishes. Sandhya is surprised. Meena notices Sandhya’s bag and goes to take it from Sandhya. Suraj is scared for a while and suddenly says he bought it from market. Chavvi says Suraj might have gifted it to Sandhya for Dhanteras. Bhabho compliments it and says it would be helpful for Sandhya to buy vegetables from the market. Sandhya asks them there is fuse problem in their house as their neighborhood had lights on. Bhabhasa tells they do not know why and asks whether she could fix it. Sandhya goes to fix it, Suraj stops her but then she says she will fix it. Meena telling herself that Sandhya always ready to do all manly work. Mohit asks Suraj where they had gone out and Bhabho scolds him as he was questioning his elder brother and also mocks him that he could not fix the current problem. Sandhya has fixed the fuse and lights are on.
Meena reminds Bhabho that the next day is roop chathurdashi and Bhabho mocks her as she can apply powder and enhance her external beauty but she does not care for internal beauty and she does not even understand it. Bhabho asks Chathuri whether she has soaked something and Chathuri replies yes and also she had soaked sandalwood and multani mitti with it. Meena and Chathuri have a nok-jhok on fair and dark complexion and finally Bhabho stops them asking to go to sleep.
SurYa in GG room. Suraj sees Sandhya removing her accessories near the mirror. He tries to encourage her again by talking about where would she study in the room. He first advises her to sit on the bed and study and he would sleep on the floor. Then, he thinks it is not the right place and goes to the sofa near the door. He tells it is the right place but then thinks the door is nearby and it would be a disturbance. Sandhya is emotional seeing his excitement. He then goes near a drawer and tells it is the right place for her as there is window nearby with adequate light and air. He removes the drawer from there and runs to the get the table and chair and places them there. He places a pillow on the chair for comfort while Sandhya has to study long hours. He takes her bag and empties it while placing the book on the table, her ID card in the drawer and takes out the pen. He thinks he should get a pen stand and brings a glass/vase and keeps the pen in it. He tells Sandhya to switch on the lights while studying and he can sleep well with the lights on and jokes he can see dreams clearly. He then tells if she wants to switch off the light, he has solution for everything and goes out and brings a table lamp and places it on the table and does all the wiring and switches it on. He also fixes a nail on the wall to hang the bag. He is satisfied with all the arrangements. He makes Sandhya sit on the chair and tells her to study well and he believes Sandhya would get rank in third year too and he corrects it saying she would get rank every year. Sandhya is speechless. She thinks how could he love her so much and do this much for her dream while she has not returned anything back to him and he has so much faith in her than herself.
Precap: SurYa sleeping on bed. Sandhya has the pen in her hand. Suraj awoke first and sees the pen. Sandhya gets up confused seeing the pen. Suraj says her though she has not answered him back, her actions (pen in the hand) speak clearer about what she has decided.
