Diya Aur Baati Hum 21st August 2012 Written Update

Gary is unconscious. Doctors arrive for check up. Rathi family in Pushkar with Dhaisa and neighbors celebrating victory of Sooraj. Gary explains the foods he tasted prepared by participants. Senses that it was mix of wine that made him unconscious. Identifies Maithi’s dish which contained wine and asks volunteer to send for testing.

Meena and Sudha reach near by home and are worried if family knows about Chaturi condition as they sight group of people standing. Vikram asks her matter she mumbles later he says that Sooraj won the pratiyogita and he is getting so and so amount so she must be very happy. Asks where is Chaturi as she was very excited and Meena sent her for market. She refuses and manages. All continue their celebration.

Maithi had changed wine bottles when all others were discussing the issue thinking all cameras are off. Gary blames Maithi. She acts innocent.Maithi shows to Gary her wine bottle that’s untagged.They see the camera’s when the cooking was going on and notices Sooraj mixing wine in Maithi’s dish while she was away. Gary announces the culprit as Sooraj. All are shocked as this blame. Sooraj defends and tries to explain with shocked and tensed state that he hasn’t mixed wine in Maithi dish and Maithi is lieing.

They show the proof of the video. Sooraj says he mixed vinegar upon Maithi’s request but not wine. Maithi blames Sooraj for destroying her dish and asks Gary to punish him for his deed and give complaint on him. Bhaboi and family are angry on Maithi. Sooraj tries to show his untagged Wine bottle but sees its half empty already and is shocked. Sandy tries to say he hasn’t done any wrong. But Gary says he is the only culprit. Sooraj is heart broken
