Diya Aur Baati Hum 19th November 2012 Written Update

Episode starts with Sandhya calling Suraj that she won’t be able to go, and found that Suraj has left his phone in the shop itself. Sandhya was disappointed that she couldn’t inform Suraj.

Chotu asks a question to Sandhya and Sandhya replies that in an instant, and Chotu is left reeling in thoughts that whether Sandy is computer or what

Bhabo says Sandhya to prepare going for the temple and be aware that Dhaisa will also be going, and she will make efforts to praise about her DIL, so asks her to be careful.

Sandhya thinks of how to inform Suraj timely before leaving for the temple.

Suraj was just about coming when his scooter’s tyre got punctured, so was fixing that.

Meanwhile an accident nearly happened at the locality and there were heated exchange from both sides, Suraj pacifies them and asks Papuda to call Sandhya.

Papuda says Sandhya has gone to some place along with Bhabo, and he says he doesn’t know where they went.

Suraj was unhappy that Sandhya didn’t inform him even though he had asked her to be ready in time.

He sees the watch, gets tensed.

Chotu comes with a small tiffin-box and hands it over to Suraj.

Suraj gets the note from Sandhya and understands where Sandhya went. He thinks of doing something so that his efforts doesn’t go in vain.

At temple, every rituals were completed in due time and Dhaisa says only alighting Diyas are left now. She asks her DIL to alight the Diyas, Bhabo tells Sandhya to do the same, and also tells her to do that in a fast manner. Sandhya alights the diyas but with wind, they are getting blown off, Bhabo comes and gives her scolding. She gives her usual dialogue–> Ek langdo, ek kaani, mein aakeli sayani, and tells Sandhya to do fast as the other DILs are much ahead of her.

Sandhya is surprised that wind is affecting only her diyas and not affecting the diyas of other women much.

Suraj now came from behind and alights the other half of 151 diyas, without Sandy’s knowledge.

Sandhya was in her own world, suddenly she was shocked to see the other end, with Diyas alight by themselves.

Suraj again hid behind a wall, and Sandhya was shocked to see so many Diyas getting alighted all by themselves. She thinks it to be a dream and goes into a shock.

Suraj tries to come out and is spotted by Sandhya now, she is surprised to see Suraj there, and asks him why he is here.

Suraj says–> Jaha pee Baati, waha pee Diya(where there is baati, there will be diya) and then they continue to alight the diyas together, much to the relief of Sandhya

Dhaisa says to Bhabo they were much more efficient and their DIL’s aren’t half as them and asks her to check out her DIL in alighting the Diyas.

Suraj and Sandhya continues to light up all the diyas, Bhabo is coming there and seems like she is talking with a neighbor. SurYa, oblivious to that fact, seems to enjoy each others’ company and was carrying out the task with panache with eye-locks as usual.

Now Bhabo comes

Suraj hides in time

Bhabo comes and is shocked to see all the Diyas already alighted and Sandy is the first in doing so, and says she has really made her proud today.

Now Bhabo enters the temple proudly.
Dhaisa asks whether Bhabo’s DIL had alighted the diyas or her own hand.

Bhabo says she has already alighted all the Diyas in a very short time and further asks Dhaisa to check that out if she is disbelieving her.

Dhaisa was simply stunned.

Bhabo is visibly satisfied after leaving Dhaisa reeling with shock and comes outside the temple with Sandhya.

Suraj came there with scooter now.

Bhabo is surprised, asks Suraj how come he is here at this time.

Before Suraj could say anything, Bhabo herself said that maybe he came here to deliver sweets and tells him about the marvellous work of Sandhya in alighting the Diyas much before the DILs of Dhaisa.

Suraj asks for permission from Bhabo to take Sandhya for roaming, and Bhabo relents and gives permission.

Suraj takes Sandhya to Ajmer on scooter. Sandhya is greatly surprised and asks why they are in Ajmer for a date, which could also have been at a nearby place.
Suraj says it is a surprise and blindfolds her, puts her before that college and pulls off the blindfold. Sandhya sees the name of the college in sign-board.

Suraj says there are no accidents and Chavi’s jewellery was lost just because God wanted Suraj to show him a path by which he can fulfill Sandhya and her parents’ wish.

Sandhya smiles.

Suraj further goes on to say that God opened up a new opportunity and so they are here for starting Sandhya’s education. He says he thought about the fact that if God do reveal us dreams, he also make some way or the other for their fulfillment and so God has shown him the perfect way to complete Sandhya’s education.

Suraj gifts Sandhya her ID card, Copies and Pen. He takes her hand and was going to lead her to classroom when Sandhya stops her and says this dream is never to be fulfilled.
