Emily asks Chavvi to open all the jewel boxes first. Chavvi opens the boxes and finds her pearl necklace set is missing. She is worried and tries to search for it. Emily tells her that Chavvi forgot that she gave it to Meena to wear which Chavvi denies. Emily says she saw the necklace with Meena and thought Chavvi had given her to wear. Chavvi is angry and goes to inform Bhabho. Emily stops her and tells her to wait till Meena returns and then catch her red handed. Chavvi agrees to it and Emily is happy that she put Meena into trouble.
ViNa return back in the rickshaw. On the way, Vikram grumbles that they could not find the jhumka even after searching the whole night. Meena tries to comfort him saying she will keep the jewels in the cupboard before anyone knows and one fine day when Bhabho comes to know that jhumka is missing, she will think it has been robbed. Vikram taunts her saying Sandhya will find it out. Meena requests him to behave normally and she would somehow manage it but Vikram is not convinced.
ViNa enter the house and Vikram asks Chathuri to put kanha to sleep. Meena starts with her buttering process telling everyone was asking for Bhabho and she just told them that Bhabho does not attend any function when not respectfully invited. Chavvi sarcastically agrees with it saying if they had properly invited, then whole family would have attended. She asks about how others praised Meena mentioning about the 8000 rupees saree, matching design blouse, waist band and pearl necklace. Vikram understands what Chavvi hinted but Meena gets carried away and tells that all her relatives praised her saree, waist band and the pearl necklace and she was flying like peacock there and at the end of her bragging, understands what she spoke. She then tries to manage saying she wore her ordinary necklace but Chavvi does not give up. She scolds Meena for stealing her pearl necklace set, that too bought specially for her marriage. Meena blurts out whether Sandhya said anything to them. Chathuri tells her that Sandhya is busy studying for her exam. Meena strongly tells she is innocent. Chavvi wants to search Meena’s bag. Meena starts doing all her drama, crying, asking Bhabho and Bhabhasa to speak for her. Bhabhasa asks Chavvi to quiet down but she says she has solid proof. Both Meena and Vikram are shocked what proof. Chavvi says Emily saw Meena taking the necklace with her. Meena now fumes saying it is all Emily’s drama and now she agrees to have her bag searched. She opens her bag and takes out all the clothes and other things and shows it to Chavvi. Meanwhile, she places kanha’s basket behind her and is pushing it back so that nobody notice it but Mohit sees it and understands. Meena empties her bag and they do not find Chavvi’s necklace. Chavvi and Emily are confused. Mohit sarcastically scolds Chavvi to check properly all the things. Vikram for a second appreciates his brother. Mohit then takes out kanha’s basket and tries to open it. Meena tries to avoid it but he throws all the things on the ground and a pouch containing Chavvi’s necklace falls down. He gives it to Chavvi and goes back to his place satisfied.
Sandhya is studying and Suraj notices something on the stove. He puts off the stove. Chotu comes there telling Dillu found a jhumka in the utensils that they had brought back from the marriage hall to the shop and wonders whether it is Sandhya’s. Suraj sees it and tells it is not Sandhya’s. Sandhya takes it and identifies it is from Chavvi’s necklace set which Meena wore in the function. She also tells Suraj that she remembers ViNa were searching for something and brushed it off saying kanha’s toy. She washes it with soap and water and shocked to see its color change. She wonders whether it is because of the soap which Suraj denies saying he has seen Bhabho washing jewels with soap and gold does not change color. They decide to go to the jewel shop to inquire about it. They take an auto and go to the shop. They find the “To Let” notice and Suraj wonders whether it is the same shop. Sandhya confirms it and they asks some cart seller about the shop who informs them that the shop has been closed since four days and seems like the shopkeeper has cheated people. SurYa are shocked listening this.
Precap: Meena tells Bhabho that she does not have enough money to repay for the jhumka but has some hundreds and gives it to Bhabho. Bhabho just takes 100 rupees from it and returns back Meena’s money. Mohit asks why is Bhabho taking just 100 rupees for Rs. 30,000 worth jhumka. Bhabho says she has taken the real worth of what it costs.
