Emily goes to Meena in the saree shop. Chotu and Chathuri watching eavesdropping from a distance on them. Emily says she will help Meena who hesitates but then complains that the ladies sitting just come and waste their time and does not buy any sarees and asks Emily to give some tips to improve the sales. Emily says she has many ideas but Meena declines fearing that she would have to spend money. Emily says that would not need money and Meena wonders what it would be. Emily suggests Meena to wear the new design sarees and ladies would see it and think of buying them and Meena accepts the idea. Chavvi observing this thinks Emily has given nice suggestion but Meena is more smart than her. Bhabho also watching them through window. Bhabhasa notices this and Bhabho pretends to clean the window bars. Emily suggests Meena to give her new sarees so that she will wear them for the quiz competition where many ladies would also come and she will advertise their sarees among them. Meena is very happy and praises Emily. Emily is delighted thinking her plan is working. Vikram and Chathuri observing this are smiling to themselves. Emily asks Meena to give her some good saree. Meena goes from there but returns with her hand behind. Emily thinks she is going to give saree and Meena gives a bundle of pamphlet. She advises Meena that she also has to focus on her contest and it would be difficult for her to advertise individually to all the women so it would be easy to distribute pamphlets among them. Emily is disappointed as was Bhabho. Chathuri, Chotu, Chavvi and Bhabho are happy seeing this.

Vikram is speechless. He scolds Meena that she could have given the saree. Meena justifies her decision of giving pamphlets and says to him everything is written clear in the pamphlet. Vikram advises sometimes sarees need to be worn to show others how good they look. Meena tells if that was the key factor, she would have worn all new sarees and roam the streets and tells she is very intelligent and pamphlets would suffice.

All rathi members return back to their usual place and watch Emily returning with pamphlets. Chavvi laughs at her and Bhabho scolds Chavvi and supports Emily for her attempt and even if Meena gives an empty box, that is too much from Meena. Sandhya brings water to Suraj who asks her what she has thought of as only half a day left for it. Sandhya says she has a plan and just then Bhabhasa calls Sandhya and tells her it is her turn now. Sandhya informs Bhabho that she will go to Meena’s shop and Bhabho tells okay. Sandhya goes to shop and Bhabhasa, Chavvi, Chotu all get up to watch her and Bhabho stops everyone and scolds them for wasting time. She even scolds Suraj who excuses he had come to take some badam from store room and leaves. Bhabhasa and Chotu are restless to know what is happening in the shop.

Sandhya comes to the shop and asks Meena to show her good sarees. Meena wonders about both jethaniji and devraniji after sarees today. Sandhya acts as if she did not know Emily had come there. She tells Meena that looking good and different is also important in contest and asks her to show some good sarees. Meena is somewhat hesitant and tells that good designers sarees would cost more and Sandhya asks her not to worry about the cost as Suraj had given her enough money. Chathuri watching is this is surprised. Meena is all happy and tells that she hides some very good sarees for good customers and will bring them all to her. She brings some sarees and showing them one by one which Sandhya agrees but asks her to show something different. Finally, Sandhya likes a saree and Meena tells it costs 10,000. Vikram is shocked to the core and Sandhya observes it also. Then, Meena tells since Sandhya is their family member, she will sell the saree for its cost price and tells Rs. 7000. Vikram could not resist and asks if it was Rs. 4000 and Meena tells it is some other saree. Sandhya counts 7000 rupees while Meena packs the saree. Sandhya takes the saree in one hand and pays money with the other which Meena holds to take it. Chathuri is shocked to see this. Then, Sandhya remembers something and changes her decision. She tells she cannot buy this saree and takes the money back returning the saree. Meena is shocked and convincing Sandhya that she would look different among all the contestants wearing this saree and insists her to buy it. Meena offers her lesser price but Sandhya says money is not the issue but she cannot buy it and leaves from there. Meena runs behind her to stop and asks her to tell the reason why she is not buying. Sandhya tells she cannot put herself in danger and leaves from there.

Meena is angry and asks Vikram why Sandhya did not buy the saree. Vikram says Sandhya might have understood that Meena is selling the saree two or three times more its price. Meena says maybe but wonders what danger Sandhya was talking about the saree and she wants to know about it. Vikram stops her saying not to think much about it but Meena does not listen. He grumbles she is creating another kaand.

Meena goes to sweet shop and finds nobody is there. Sandhya returns home and everybody watch her. Suraj who is returning from store room upstairs also sees her. Sandhya is silent. Chavvi asks Sandhya she has also returned empty handed. Bhabho tells it is not so easy to bring something from Meena’s shop. Bhabhasa tells Sandhya that he had much hope on her who is not answering as she is looking at Suraj upstairs. Bhabho observes this and scolds Suraj who shows the badam packet and indicates going to shop. Chavvi mocks Bhabhasa that his contest was tough as none could win. Chotu also repeats the same and Bhabhasa scolds him to study well else he will also fail. Bhabho is having flashback of Bhabhasa’s words where he says with this saree contest, it will be crystal clear as to who is capable of winning quiz competition.

Precap: Chavvi tells Bhabhasa that his contest is impossible but Bhabho says someone will be there who would make the impossible possible as she is looking at the door where Meena is entering with a saree in her hand. Meena says she has brought the saree and Emily thinks it is for her. Chavvi wonders whom Meena is referring to.
