Dil Se Di Dua Saubhagyavati Bhava 9th November 2012 Written Update

Sundar is shouting at Viraj and Tanisha tells him to leave it saying he isn’t worth it. Sia comes out of her room with a gun in her hand and aims it at Viraj. She says all this time he was able to escape, but now he won’t. Sia goes on to say that today Viraj will be punished for all his sins. Today Viraj Dobriyal will come to an end. Viraj then says he has no problems dying. However, once Sia finds out he wasn’t Raghav’s murderer she will repent. She will repent the fact that she killed an innocent man. Sia retorts back saying she would never repent for killing him, if he wasn’t there than there wouldn’t have been so many problems in their lives.

Sia is aiming the gun at Viraj and Viraj closes his eyes. Everyone is shocked. Viraj then opens his eyes and they stare at each other for a moment when the police arrive, telling Sia to stop. Gayatri tries removing the gun from her hands but Sia is adamant on killing Viraj. Gayatri tells her if Viraj wanted to he could have killed Raghav but he didn’t. And if Sia kills Viraj then the person who will be hurt the most is Raghav. To this Sia stops and gives the gun to Gayatri. The police say they are here to arrest Viraj for murdering Raghav but Viraj says he didn’t kill him. Sia responds back saying she knows he is the one who killed Raghav and the day she finds evidence of that, not just law, but God won’t even be able to stop her from killing him. She will avenge Raghav’s murder by murdering Viraj.

Viraj starts walking away while staring at Raghav with two policemen by his side. Once he left, the policeman tells Gayatri they are deeply saddened by Raghav’s death, and if Viraj was never with him then perhaps all this wouldn’t have happened. The policeman repeats he’s sorry and then says Raghav’s body will have to go to the post mortem. Sia yells saying that is not a ‘body’. That is Raghav and Raghav will not go anywhere. The policeman tells Gayatri he will have to be sent to the post mortem and they will try their best to return him quickly. Gayatri and Uma try letting Sia go of Raghav but Sia is begging them to not let him go. Two nurses come and place Raghav in that bed-like thing (Wow! What great usage of vocabulary. What do you call those? LOL.) To this Sia goes ballistic and starts running after Raghav, screaming for him. However he leaves and Sia falls to the ground crying.

Scene shifts to Viraj at the police station trying to convince the commissioner that he did not kill Raghav. He goes on to say that if he did kill Raghav then he would have left him there, not brought him home like a trophy. The commissioner retorts saying he cannot fool anyone here. That this is a police station and not a mental asylum where Viraj can convince everyone by doing his usual drama. Viraj gets frustrated and asks him on what basis is the commissioner arresting him. He then goes on to say to take him to the site where Raghav was killed he will narrate to him what happened. The commissioner refuses and Viraj, in a frustrated mood, tells him if he is supposed to explain to the commissioner his job. Viraj requests the commissioner again to go to the accident location where the police could find any evidence, any weapon or any trace of blood. The commissioner agrees not because he trusts Viraj but to fulfill his duty. He goes on to say that Viraj is already accused of many crimes, and now this murder. Once the commissioner gets evidence of this then Viraj will have to stay behind bars for his entire life. To this Viraj turns to him with his eyebrow raised.

The scene shifts to Gayatri in her room having flashbacks of Raghav. She looks at a photo of Raghav and then her medicines and swallows it. She then speaks to the photo saying she has listened to him, she had her medicines. But he did not listen to her. He said he would come back but he didn’t. She then requests him to come back.

The police arrive at the crime scene with Viraj. Viraj runs out of the car but then stops looking at his surroundings. He is bewildered. Viraj starts stuttering saying the people were right here, who attacked Raghav. He then goes on to say how Raghav’s car was here as well and about 10-12 people attacked them. The commissioner tells Viraj that he just accepted his crime by taking them to this place. And that no one will be able to tell a crime happened there by looking at the place since there isn’t any trace of evidence. Viraj requests the commissioner to listen to him but the commissioner pays no heed and tells him no one will be able to save him now. Viraj starts saying that he’s telling the truth while the police take him away.

Scene shifts to Krish sitting down with Raghav’s photo. He then looks at the moon and kisses Raghav. Then the scene shifts to Sia’s room where she’s lying down on the floor. Sia turns to her side and sees Raghav next to her. Raghav gestures her to stop crying and reminds her that she promised him she will not cry on this day, and she will now have to carry this promise throughout the rest of her life. He then shows her his hand (Ummm… I’m not sure what that is supposed to mean. ) and Sia starts weeping. Raghav tells her that he will always be by her side and Sia responds saying she is aware, and she will never cry neither will she let anyone from her family cry. Sia turns to the side again and sees Raghav gone. She then gets up and tells herself that if she is living in this world then Viraj will not live in this world (I may be totally wrong here. Did not quite hear what she was saying.)

Scene shifts to Viraj in prison thinking. He tells himself that this was his plan. A carefully, thought out plan. Raghav and Viraj were his biggest enemies. And he only then attacked Raghav when Viraj was with him. So that Raghav can be murdered but Viraj can be hanged as well. One shot, two targets, Viraj says. Just then Viraj’s lawyers come and tells him that they tried their best, but couldn’t announce Viraj as innocent. One of the lawyers tell Viraj that he should have left the body at the site, not brought it home. Then the other lawyer tells him that Viraj with Raghav and Raghav’s blood on Viraj’s shirt all point to him being the murderer. Viraj then has a flashback of Sia screaming at him that he killed Raghav. And a flashback of Raghav being shot. The lawyer goes on to tell him that his past records are against the law as well, which is why he also cannot be granted for bail. Viraj then says that this means he will have to be hanged for a murder he did not commit.

One of the lawyers frighteningly tell him that the law wants evidence to which Viraj cuts him off and tells him that he doesn’t have the evidence. Viraj again repeats that he will be hanged for a murder that he did not commit however, admits that a person like him should not even be granted a bail. He then goes on to the lawyer and asks him if he knows why. Viraj grabs his throat and tells the lawyer he does not want to be hanged for a crime he did not commit. And if he is being hanged for not doing anything, then he might as well kill all four of his lawyers and live up to the punishment. Viraj then orders the lawyers to get him out of prison immediately as he not only values his life, but his innocence as well. Viraj then says that he cannot stand Jhanvi’s hatred.
The lawyer tells him to maintain the statement that Viraj found Raghav’s body in the highway and the blood stained Viraj’s shirt because he carried Raghav to which he will be granted a bail. Viraj seems interested in this idea and the lawyer goes on to say that they will prove him innocent of Raghav’s murder, however he will still have to fulfill his punishment of 7 years for his past cases. Viraj walks up to the lawyer, grabs his chin and says, ‘Good. Very good.’ Viraj tells the lawyer to grant him a bail from this case and to leave the rest to him. The lawyer asks him what will he do and Viraj tells him to just do what he was asked to, and shouts at him to leave and get him bailed. Viraj then lies down on his cot and raises his eyebrow.

Precap: Raghav’s photo is garlanded and Sia is saying something. (Sorry, totally missed this as it was cut off from the video I was watching. There may have been more to the promo. I’ll write about it when I watch the episode again tonight. )
