Dil Se Di Dua Saubhagyavati Bhava 27th September 2012 Written Update

Recap: Sia wakes up in hospital and Raghav and Sia have an emotional reunion. The Singhs start preparing for the wedding. In the meantime, Viraaj is seen demanding for Jhanvi and a new character, Saxena, is revealed.

Having been medicated, Viraaj is helped by the ward boys into a different ward and bound to a bed. The straps they’ve used are strong and thick, and Viraaj finds himself unable to move. He whispers Jhanvi’s name as this is done, and then electrocuted. Saxena watches this from a window, and sees Viraaj turn limp from the treatment eventually. He enters the room and tells the ward people to ‘take care’, presumably of Viraaj (he says more here, but some of the words he said I couldn’t make out). Viraaj is shown weakened but still conscious.

Soon after, Sia is shown being discharged from the hospital, and the Singhs take her home. This is followed by shots of Sia and Raghav dressing up, the latter being helped into a coat by Sundar. Komal is shown nervously selecting clothes, and Krish is impatiently waiting for her to finish. Gayathri is shown selecting jewellery with a smile on her face.The scene then shifts to Raghav and Sia’s at a reg. marriage office where they sign the reqd. documents, everyone claps. Raghav fills Sia’s maang with sindoor and ties a mangalsutra, besides this they also exchange garlands and feed each other – and everyone – sweets. After being congratulated, the newlyweds go home for the grihapravesh – Sia topples the kalash over, dips her feet in the red paste and takes her first steps into the house as a married woman.

A small reception party has been organized and the Singhs are entertaining guests. Raghav and Sia’s room is also being decorated, something Sundar and Tashu are in charge of. Here we see Sundar developing a crush on Tashu . In the meantime, Saxena is shown entering the house and being greeted by Gayathri, intoduced as a family friend and the ACP. He asks about Raghav and on seeing him, Raghav is extremely cold towards him in his greetings. Gayathri then introduces Sia to ACT Saxena.

Saxena expresses his hope that Raghav has changed his vigilitante ways, and mentions the garage — here Raghav retorts that he should care more about the plight of the city than Raghav’s garage itself. A tense Gayathri tries to soften the atmosphere and leads him away, and Saxena asks how Krish is. The two are walking through the corridor in the course of this conversation, and Saxena sees a picture of Dev. He looks at it thoughtfully and expresses his regret that although every case he has gotten so far has been successfully solved, he had never been able to solve Dev’s case. Raghav emerges at this point to make a counterpoint: that he finds that fact oddly suspicious.

The scene shits to Tashu and Sundar who are preparing the bed — Tashu is prepaing the bed with rose petals, and Sundar is so hopelessly distracted by her that he almost forgets to give her more petals. After preparing it, Tashu says there is something missing, and realises that there are no scented candles, so she tries getting them, but in vain. Sundar enthusiastically volunteers. When Sundar returns, he brings in very plain ones, having misunderstood her. Tashu realises this and explains the kinds she wants, but Sundar replies that those are not needed given that the flowers already fill the room with a special fragrance. Tashu selects a few pink candles, and proceeds to decorate, with a still-distracted Sundar in tow.

In the meantime, Gayathri asks Saxena to keep a careful track record of Viraaj’s activities, considering the danger he posed to the family previously. Gayathri emotionally tells him that she would never want her family to be put through that hell again. Saxena begins to reassure her, but Raghav mocks him with what happened in Dev’s case. Saxena retorts that this time Viraaj will be taken care of with such precision, that he will not be able to do anything to anyone.

The scene shifts to Viraaj, shown in the ward, asking for Raghav while still under the effect of the treatment. The doctor notices this, and tells him that he will not be allowed to meet anyone at all. Viraaj, already weakened by the treatment, cannot respond.

Sia is now in Raghav’s room, the wind in her hair, and very nervous. Raghav is pushed into it a moment after by Sundar and Tashu. Sia’s back is still to Raghav – in her shyness, she doesn’t turn. Raghav whispers that Tashu and Sundar are still outside and probably listening in. For their benefit, he dramatically makes loud pronouncements of his love — proclaiming this day is so special for him it seems like a dream that he never thought would come true, but it did…and then a longwinded sentence specially to confuse the two outside, on how much he can’t express how much he loves her coz he loves her just that much, that she is his life, and that he loves her v much — and dramatically swings the door open. Sundar and Tashu are redfaced with embarrassment and decide to leave for real this time instead.

Raghav locks the door and motions Sia to sit, drawing up a chair in the meantime. He tells Sia he has something kept for her and presents a box — it’s a bracelet. He asks her if he can put it on her, and she nods, smiling. He puts the bracelet on.

The couple are then shown doing an impromptu dance – Raghav holds out his hand, Sia accepts and they dance around the room, looking into each other’s eyes. As they dance, Raghav tells a smiling Sia that her name is now Sia Raghavendra Pratap Singh, and that the name suits her. He then tells her there is something he wanted to tell her; and as she nods, he tells her on bended knee, that he meant every word of what he said at the door, and that for him it was never a joke. She is his life, this day is the most special day for him , that he still feels he’s dreaming and he does love her…a lot. Sia gets emotional hearing this, and Raghav immediately feels guilty. At this point, Sia tells him that he’s wonderful and this still feels like a dream to her.

Precap: Viraaj is shown out of his ward, strangling the doc with a stethoscope, demanding that he be permitted to speak to Jhanvi immediately. He insists that if the doc wants his life spared, he will have to contact her.
