Dhruv turns desperate and kidnaps Thapki in Thapki Pyaar Ki!
The marriage track in Thapki… Pyaar Ki, is hands down the most gripping track that’s going on on-screen. Thapki’s (Jigyasa Singh) re-marriage to Bihaan (Manish Goplani) has been facing innumerable hurdles, courtesy Dhruv (Ankit Bathla).
For the lesser known, Shraddha (Monica Khanna) in a fit of rage, reveals to Dhruv about how his mother Vasundhara (Jaya Bhattacharya) exchanged his place with Bihaan’s during Dhruv and Thapki’s marriage with deceit.
This angers Dhruv and makes him want Thapki back in his life and from there starts Dhruv’s obsession to get back the love of his life, Thapki. He starts plotting and creating situations that aim to create misunderstandings between Thapki and Bihaan.
The last straw in his master plan to separate Bihaan and Thapki is that he hits Bihaan on the head with a rod, right before he goes to the mandap for his pheras. Dhruv then takes Bihaan’s place and Thapki, happily starts taking the pheras, not realising that it is Dhruv and not her husband.
But Bihaan, reaches the mandap just before Dhruv and Thapki take the 7th phera and stops the wedding, exposing Dhruv. This enrages Dhruv who picks up a knife lying in the mandap and kidnaps Thapki. He drags her out of the mandap and takes her away to the jungle, with Bihaan hot on their trial.
Dhruv gets Thapki to a deserted warehouse and tells Thapki that he will follow all the wedding customs and traditions with her and get hitched to her again. He ties her up and keeps expressing his love in an obsessive manner. Thapki, using her presence of mind, escapes Dhruv at the first opportunity that she gets.
By that time, Bihaan too reaches the jungle and starts finding Thapki. There is complete pandemonium in the scene with Dhruv trying to find Thapki, Thapki trying to hide from Dhruv and Bihaan trying to locate his evil brother and wife along with the police.
What will be the end to this track? Which of the brothers will find Thapki first?
