The Episode starts with Abhay asking Deepika is she sure about Vikrant. She goes. Sia comes and takes Abhay with her. Ansari smiles. Peroz says hello love birds. Sia says not now, out. Peroz says best of luck. He goes. Sia asks Abhay for his phone. She asks for password. He says you want to check my phone. She says yes, why, any problem. Deepika says someone is stealing the drugs, how can you be okay. Chakravorty says I m not okay, its a common problem, its not the first time, something else is bothering you, tell me, how are your terms with Vikrant, any problem to work with him, tell me, if I need to get involved. She says no, all is good. He says your past will have friction for you now, I gave you an option, but it was your decision to work in ER. She says I m managing. He says ignoring isn’t called managing, if you want to deal with it, then talk to Vikrant. She says you are right, I will talk to him, today itself, thanks. She goes.

Sia says Girija told me. Abhay says she has dementia. She says I know, she was talking about your ex-dad, why were you in guilt. He says you are thinking so. She returns the phone and goes.

Deepika asks for Vikrant. Nurse says he just left, he would be in parking now. Deepika goes out. She sees Vikrant’s car. She goes to see. She sees Vikrant lying unconscious. She checks his pulse. She sees the syringe in his hand and also the drug vile.

She takes him home and treats him. He gets conscious and sees her. He says I m okay. She says you are on drugs, since when is this going on. He says since you left me and broke a relation with me. She asks what, ten years, how are you functioning as a surgeon, a patient’s life and death depends on you, you are dependant on drugs, you are lying, right. He says no, don’t blame me again, I m using this drugs since ten years, I detox in between, since you broke my heart again, I started taking it again. She scolds him.

She says you are responsible for this, not me, I have kept you alive after this over dose, you have to decide what you want to do. He asks what will you do, will you report about me in the hospital. Abhay says I m lying to Sia. Peroz says tell the truth to Sia, there is no point in hurting her if your feelings for someone else was temporary. Abhay says I made a mistake, I should haven’t got engaged in a hurry. Peroz says you did that for Sia’s dad, you can’t hurt Sia, her dad is ill, there is no cure for him, Sia needs you. Abhay asks will this justify everything.

She asks when did you take the drugs last time. He says I don’t remember. She says say it. He says 6 months back, I don’t have any addiction, I take it for some months and then leave it, my situation is in my control. She says you are an addict, you are lying. He says fine, I m an addict, you are blaming me like I m a criminal, help me, you are a doctor.

She says I can’t help you, but you really need some help, do something, else I have to tell Chakravorty. He asks are you going now. She leaves. Abhay says I hate myself for lying to Sia, tell me what to do. Peroz says you got engaged to Sia, you want to break the commitment. Abhay asks how can I let her go through that. Suman asks what’s going on.

Abhay and Ansari ask Madhvi Tai about the symptoms to diagnose. Dr. Ali says 30 seconds gone. Abhay and Ansari suggest the diagnosis and tests. Deepika says no, addiction is a problem, he could have died by overdose, he can harm a patient, stop covering his flaws. Suman asks will you tell me. He says stop it now, there is no point. Dr. Ali ask Peroz to not get him insulted. He says our next two contestants are Peroz and Ansari. Dr. Ali asks Prince not to use medical terms. Ansari and Peroz try to find out the issue. Peroz disagrees with Ansari. Dr. Ali goes and gives the point to Peroz. He says you kept my respect. Vikrant tries to help himself. Suman goes and calls Deepika. She says come back, I can’t handle him alone, he is shaking, he isn’t able to fix the IV. Deepika says I will guide you. Suman says come soon and help him. Deepika disconnects.
