The Episode starts with Aditi inviting Deepika for dinner. Deepika looks at Vikrant. Aditi asks will you come for dinner. Deepika goes. He asks what are you doing. Aditi says I spoke to her nicely, I invited her for dinner, what shall I do, don’t get angry, I will work here, I can’t make a face, we can’t show our tension to everyone. Isha and Peroz come to see the patient. The patient teaches medication to the staff. Peroz says its a hospital. The patient says yes, medicine is a tool to fight the disease from the outside, but true healing happens inside in the mind. Peroz says what nonsense, I will report to Chakravorty. The staff goes.
The man says I feel happy here and will recover soon. Isha says I will come to you to discuss the theory. Sarita says all the people’s blood reports have arsenic poison, maybe the water is impure, we have to find the source soon. Peroz sees Isha with the patient. She goes and stands under the shower. She cries. Aditi says I did what you wanted, you wanted a supportive wife, I have become what you wanted, you want Deepika now, an attractive, workaholic and successful woman, I will also appear the same when I work hard. He says you aren’t doing this to befriend Deepika, but to claim your rights on me in front of her, you know I want to end my marriage with you. She says I m taking back my place. She counts the things she did for him. He asks what do you want, a payment for this. She says yes, return those ten years. He says I can’t give that, I m sorry. Deepika gets ready. Vikrant calls her. He gets her number off. She drives. He asks Aditi to cancel this drama. The door bell rings. He checks the door and sees Suman. Suman meets Aditi and hugs her. Suman says I had called her to know what’s happening, I want to fix things, she always hides things and tolerates everything. Vikrant gets a call. Suman says I have come now, Aditi, don’t worry, I will fix everything.
Deepika reaches the pub. She goes in and sees Abhay drinking. She orders vodka. Abhay jokes. She says it means you know it, but you won’t ask me anything. He says crying is better for eyes, if there is much filled within, you should say, its good for the heart. They drink. She says its strange, whatever happens in the surgery, we manage, human body is complicated and unpredictable, we are ready to deal with it, we learn from experiences and stay prepared to perform well, but this heart isn’t prepared ever, it hurts the same every time like the first time, you can’t deny the first love, the feeling never goes out of you, when Vikrant and I were together ten years back, I thought its a perfect life, he was like a sun, shining brightly, when I went close to him, then I got burnt, it hurt me, I realized I have to protect myself from burning, when we had a breakup, Vikrant warned me that when I sleep alone on the bed and don’t get sleep, then it will hurt a lot, he was right, I m hurt since ten years, I thought I will manage this, I will prepare myself, I worked hard and focussed on my career, I tried to move on, I tried to date others, but I didn’t get that connection, when Vikrant came back, that feeling is back, I couldn’t separate him from myself, I had clear reasons to break up with him, I had no reason to not love him, when he came back in my life, I stopped myself knowing he is a married person, but I got a hope and I couldn’t stop it, I don’t want to break his family, but I gave myself hope, because Vikrant wasn’t happy, I m not happy and Aditi is also not happy, today Aditi joined FMS, I understood that Vikrant and Aditi’s marriage won’t end soon, that’s why I m shaken up, I m angry on myself, I hate myself that I thought I can stay with Vikrant, I can’t become someone’s second wife, I don’t understand. She cries. Abhay feels sad for her. Suman scolds Vikrant. She says you are a doctor, but get your mind treated, you got affected by love, its midlife crisis, your Jijaji did the same, did I divorce him, divorce won’t happen in our family, Deepika realized her mistake so she has come back to you, she has career and everything, she wants you, stop this affair. He says its not about win or lose, but feelings, you can’t control it. He says no, I will decide now and you have to accept, keep the responsibility. He says Mausi is smiling, I will make her fine, I will get coffee. She says I will come along. She shows the tacos from her dad’s restaurant. He says you will forget your dad’s restaurant when you have Geeta Mausi’s handmade puran poli, have this cutting tea. Sia tries the tea. She says its nice. They smile.
Its morning, Abhay reminds Deepika about Madhurima. He shows the reports. She checks. She suggests the blood tests. She thanks him. He smiles.
