The Episode starts with Vikrant saying give me one chance, I will get fine, I will do as you say, I want to stay with you, please, come back in my life. Deepika looks at him. He asks her to say something. He falls sick. She calls Namrata to see Vikrant quickly. She asks Vikrant to sit and have water, breathe. He says I feel chest tightness. She asks him to take a sip. Namrata comes and gives medicines for him. Deepika asks him to lie down.

Namrata says its an anti anxiety pill, it will work, I will leave. Deepika goes with her. Namrata says I m afraid, Vikrant’s condition is getting worse, he needs counselling therapy, did you eat something, did you get a sleep. Deepika says I m okay, we have to take care of Vikrant. She goes.

Deep tells Deepika about his wife Geet. He says she was arguing with me for a small family function, she said she wants to do it tomorrow, I was angry, I thought what will I do, wrong happened as I thought, I shouted on her, she got down the car, she got hit by another car. Deepika asks him to relax. He says save Geet, else I will lie. Deepika says we have 25 mins to shift her to OT. She feels weak. Peroz says I will call Dr. Khanna. She says he is busy in surgery, I will come. She tells Deep that she is taking Geet for surgery. Deep apologizes to Geet. Deepika looks on. She checks the reports. She says we have to do cardiac reconstruction. She hears the staff talking about Deep’s guilt if Geet dies. Deepika gets tensed and vomits. Peroz asks are you okay.

Deepika says he won’t live thinking his wife died because of him, we have to save Geet, they will fulfill their dreams, Deep will work on his anger issues, so lets do this. Deepika does the surgery. She feels dizzy. She finishes the surgery somehow. She recalls Deep’s words. Deep asks her about Geet. Peroz asks her to listen. She says yes, Geet is fine now, she will be in ICU until recovery, don’t worry. Deep thanks her. Peroz says come and meet Geet. Aftab meets his wife Salma. She scolds him. She says I want your betterment, you don’t know when help becomes helplessness. Aftab says let me be on my own, you always control me. Isha is with Peroz. She says I have studied this surgery well. Peroz says its rare surgery, I will assist it. Chakravorty asks what is it. They tell about Parul’s case. Chakravorty asks what can be the solution, whoever gets it will assist me in the surgery. They say sure and rush. He asks them to behave themselves, they are surgeons.

Abhay goes to Sia. He says you felt bad because of me, you have no identity without me, I did everything for your good. Sia says for my good, really. She reminds his words. She cries and says I feel exhausted, it shouldn’t be difficult to stay with someone in a relation, I tried hard to accept you, for me, you matter, not your background, I know that I got things easily in life, you didn’t get it, so I was hearing all the comments, partner and punching bag have a difference, show my value sometimes, it can’t be about you always, you disrespected me, I have sold the family heirloom to fund the clinic, I thought you will be happy, but no, it was just your dream, your clinic, you demeaned my dream, I lost my sense of identity, why, what did I do with you, why did you treat me like that. Ansari says sorry, I made a mistake, forgive me if possible. He leaves. She cries.

Vikrant says I can’t do this. Deepika says whatever is there in our life is to teach us, then that chapter closes for us, we have learnt a lesson from our relation, but now, its over, I have helped me as much as I could, please understand, I can’t be with you, my decision is same, if Aditi left, it doesn’t mean that I would love you, I don’t love you Vikrant, trust me, you don’t love me, this feeling isn’t love, you are trying to fill the loneliness, we have to fill it ourselves, you will figure out. He says you are hurrying, we are made for each other, you will always love me. She says you are in trauma, I will support you and help you come out of it, that’s it, I can’t come back in your life, we can’t stay together all life, you have to accept. She cries and goes. He says don’t do this. She gets dizzy.

Peroz comes to Isha. He gets Meera’s call. He doesn’t answer. They study to find a solution. She jokes on his small bladder. He says I will wear an adult diaper if needed. He finds a solution. She asks him to show. He says no and goes. She also finds some solution. They go to Chakravorty and tell their ideas. Isha impresses him. Chakravorty says well tried Peroz, but Isha will assist me in this surgery. Peroz goes.

Meera calls him. He answers. He says I was competing with Isha for a cardiac surgery. She says I m sure you will get many surgeries, I want to see you, you are distracted by Isha. He asks what. She says nothing. He talks of Isha and says she is so competitive. Deepika comes to Nikhil’s ward. She says I just froze in the surgery. He asks her to sit. She says I think I saved her. He says I m sure, you need water. She says I will get it. She faints. He holds her. He shouts for help. Vikrant comes and asks what happened. Nikhil says she collapsed. Vikrant lifts her and takes her. Nikhil calls Chakravorty. He says Deepika just collapsed, she is under Vikrant’s care, she didn’t sleep since 72 hours and didn’t eat since 24 hours, I m not sure, just look into it. Chakravorty says yes, I m on it. He rushes. Vikrant checks Deepika. Abhay and everyone come. Vikrant says get the full body checkup done. Abhay asks him to move. Chakravorty comes and says step back, let me check her, nothing will happen to her. Vikrant says nothing can happen to her, I won’t move. Chakravorty says I have to attend her, go out. He asks Ansari to take Vikrant out. Ansari asks Vikrant to please come.

Chakravorty checks Deepika. He says she is already unconscious, we won’t sedate her, I will make her fine, get the serum tests done. Nikhil worries. Nurse says Chakravorty is attending her, just relax. Nikhil says just give me her updates. Nurse says sure, just sit. Ansari asks Vikrant to have coffee. Vikrant says no. Chakravorty calls Nikhil and says Deepika is stable now. He goes. Vikrant asks what happened to Deepika. Sia says she is stable, she had hypoglycaemia, she will be fine. Vikrant says its because of me, she is in stress because of me. Jamshed asks is this a joke, chief resident is also ill, who will handle the work, no one knows when can Deepika join. Nurse says Deepika is unconscious. Nikhil worries. Jamshed looks on. He sees Vikrant outside the ward. He sees Deepika. He says times are tough, we need you more, you have to handle ER. Vikrant says she didn’t sleep since 3 days, I didn’t notice. Jamshed asks are you listening, you have to handle ER and get back to efficiency, you are our star, just get back in your elements, you are the best, I know you that, Nikhil thinks Deepika is the surgeon of the decade, he is infatuated with her, I have to prove him wrong, you are the best. Vikrant says I won’t compete with her, I won’t leave her alone. He goes to Deepika. Chakravorty comes and looks on. Vikrant says I won’t leave you and go, Deepika, you will find me sitting here when you get conscious.

Sia says its very exhausting. Isha says agreed, Deepika never backed out. Ansari says both senior doctors are on leave. They all go to Chakravorty and says we want to share Deepika’s workload. Chakravorty asks are you okay, you know it will be tough for you to handle this, you all start fighting, how do I trust you. Isha says our patients need us, we will pack our problems and focus on patients. Sia says yes. Chakravorty asks few questions and tests them. They answer. Chakravorty asks them to update him every hour and not act oversmart. They agree. He says Deepika trained them, they should be proud. Sia comes to Nikhil. He asks how is Deepika. She says she is fine, she is sleeping, she needs a lot of rest, is the biotube ready, Deepika trained us to know every single detail. He says yes, its work in progress. She asks are you scared that Deepika won’t be able to do your second surgery, don’t worry, there are good surgeons here. He says yes, but I trust her more, I m little concerned about her, just give me updates about her. She says sure and goes. Abhay and Ansari check a patient Manoj. Peroz and Isha check another patient. Jamshed comes to Chakravorty and complains about Deepika. He says she couldn’t handle stress. Chakravorty says Vikrant shattered in front of stress, Deepika is managing many things, beyond her duty, she didn’t sleep since 3 days, she got super human capacity, everyone can see it except you, trauma doesn’t see gender to hit. Jamshed asks what will we do now. Chakravorty says you have to give off time to residents. Jamshed says they came here to practice medicine. Chakravorty says we will hire more doctors and have seniors, we have to provide a better work life balance, we are risking their life, its wrong for them. Jamshed says this is because of that love affair. Chakravorty says Deepika said its over, Vikrant will understand, you also understand it, get over it. Sia comes to ask help. Abhay asks Ansari to go. Ansari checks a little boy. He asks Sia to prepare the OT, he will run tests. Abhay asks the nurse to monitor Manoj.

Sia and Ansari check the boy’s reports. She says there is something like a coin. Ansari says we shall remove it then. They operate Atul. They go out to Atul’s parents. Sia says Atul will be fine, don’t worry. The lady asks can we meet him once. Ansari says fine, go. He says maybe he was feeling suffocated. He stops Sia. He says maybe you felt the same being with me, I thought its only about me, I got so angry, I never agreed that I can be wrong, I have become like I didn’t want to, I have become toxic for you. He apologizes to her.

He cries. Sia says if you want, then we can start fresh. He says you are still thinking what I want, no, I won’t change overnight, I don’t deserve you, you don’t want someone like me, I know my flaws, I have to work on myself, you are really nice, stay that, you have your dreams and identity, no need to adjust or change yourself, you be the real Sia, you were not lacking anything, I was lacking it. She cries. He gets Dr. Khanna’s message. He says he is calling me in OT. He goes. She gets a call from OT. She goes.

Abhay and Isha prepare for the OT. Chakravorty asks nurse to take ER patients to Dr. Ali. Jamshed says I have to admit here, I m getting hypertension. Chakravorty asks why, because the residents are pulling off well, I will send you hiring revised plans. He goes smiling. Vikrant is with Deepika. Madhvi asks him to check a patient. He asks is there no other doctor. She says its emergency, please come. He goes to see the patient. He says prepare the OT fast, we have to check the bowel by doing surgery. Nurse says he isn’t mentally stable, why did you call him. Santosh says there wasn’t anyone free, he is a doctor. Nikhil comes and meets Deepika. He says you fainted in my arms, none was playing background music, I was scared. She says I m okay. He says you would be thinking its dreamland, you have time to think about my job offer. She asks what are you offering, will I get Bosch. He says why not, just say yes. She smiles. Vikrant does the surgery.

Deepika asks why are you pursuing me. Nikhil says I look desperate, I want to provide low cost equipment in rural areas, I can do charity, but I want to change the system, who can give me an insight better than you, was this T tube idea spontaneous or did you think of it before. She says I thought about it before. He says it makes you special, join my company for 6 months, I will make the best contract, I want to exploit your rare gift, I know your dream is to come to hospital and save lives, you do that, if we do this research, think how many lives we can save. She says I will think, its imp to expand dreams. He smiles.

Madhvi says Vikrant is operating the patient in OT. Chakravorty asks how is he. She says he looks fine. He asks Peroz to go to Vikrant. Nikhil and Deepika have a talk. He asks her to take rest. He goes. Vikrant sees Aditi in the OT. She says you weren’t so nervous before, you thought you are the best, you had God’s complex, its wrong, you aren’t even the shadow of that image. Vikrant’s hands shake. Nurse asks do you want to take a break, your hand. Vikrant says I m fine. Aditi says you aren’t fine, you were that because of me, I didn’t die alone, you also died with me, you aren’t here, its your ghost. He freezes. Nurse asks what happened, is everything fine. Aditi says be careful, it’s a blood vessel, your hands are shaking. Peroz comes and asks are you fine, what happened. Vikrant hears Aditi’s discouraging words. Peroz says its massive bleeding after the cut, patient is in circulatory shock. Peroz asks Vikrant to fix the cut and stop the active bleeding. Peroz tries. Vikrant tries to stop the bleeding. Doctor says no pulse. Peroz asks nurse to call any senior doctor. Vikrant says no, call Deepika fast. Nurse comes to Deepika and says Vikrant is in OR, his patient. Deepika rushes.

Sia runs to Abhay and hugs. She recalls Ansari’s words. She says Ansari and I, we are over, I got free, finally, I have found myself after a long time, I was lost. She happily cries. Abhay smiles and hugs her. She says thanks, you told me that I m lost, so I found myself. Ansari and Isha share about their surgeries. They praise Deepika. He says she will feel proud of us. Isha asks where is Peroz, did his surgery end. Vikrant tries to revive the patient. Peroz asks him to stop, he is dead. Deepika comes. She gets shocked seeing Vikrant. Peroz shouts stop. Vikrant sees the patient dead.
