The Episode starts with Vikrant and Aditi arguing a lot. She says I will not sit calm now because of your anger, I have tolerated a lot, its enough, I m ending this marriage as you wanted, I m going. He asks where will you go. She says very far from you, its good I didn’t get pregnant again, I don’t want the baby to get a father like you. She scolds him and shouts I hate you Vikrant. Suman asks are you fine. Vikrant’s mum says we heard you had a fight with Vikrant. Aditi asks why did you not come to stop him if you were worried. She leaves. Vikrant cries.

Sia calls Peroz. Peroz says Meera and I are going on a trip. He tells about Meera. Sia says oh, that’s new, I have no clue about your life. Peroz sees Abhay and her, and asks when did you guys become friends. Sia says we will be just friends. Peroz says you guys patched up, how did I miss this. Abhay says I was missing Sia and you, come back soon, I want a group hug. Peroz says correct, done deal, we will talk later.

Its morning, Vikrant comes to the hospital. He sees Deepika in ER. He says I removed you from ER. Deepika says you just told me verbally, you didn’t do paper work, I m still a part of ER, go to HR and complete the formalities, I want to see what reasons you give. He goes. Abhay asks Sia if she wants coffee. She says you are asking me just because you saw me here. She takes the coffee. They smile. Ansari comes and sees them together.

Vikrant gets a call. Suman says Aditi didn’t come home. He asks why would she come back, she left me. She says her stuff is here, she just took the car. He says I don’t care if she comes back or not, I have much work. He leaves. Ansari asks Sia about Abhay. She says we work in the same hospital, we are colleagues, friends, what’s the big deal. Ansari says I thought you guys are not talking, what happened now. Sia says Abhay and I were the best of friends, we were dating and then broke up, we moved on, what’s there to be jealous. He leaves.

Deepika hears the sound and says its not the sound of ambulance, but of multi casualties. Patients are attended. Ansari says I shouldn’t see you talking to Abhay. Sia asks do I need your permission. Ansari says yes, if you want to talk to your ex, I m your BF now, I should feel that, right. He gets angry. She says this is not done, you are my BF, this doesn’t mean you own me, I m still Sia Advani, you can’t tell me what to do. They get messages from ER and rush.

The man tells Vikrant about the bus and car crash. Vikrant asks Ansari and Sia to help Deepika. Everyone attends the patients. Many patients are declared dead on arrival. Divya gets tensed. Isha asks her to calm down. Vikrant asks them to attend more patients. He asks ward boys to shift dead bodies to the morgue and clear the space fast. Vikrant asks Divya to handle herself, He doesn’t see Aditi.

Divya checks Aditi and says no pulse, she is dead. Meena asks are you sure. Divya says yes, shift the body to morgue and write dead on arrival. Meena says we have to wait here, ward boys are busy. Peroz joins back. Isha says I m glad you came back. Vikrant and Abhay also attend patients. Divya says I want a break, I declared a woman dead. She goes. Deepika calls her out. Aditi is alive. Parul asks for her husband. Isha says we have less time. Peroz says we have to keep faith, I will just come. Vikrant treats a pregnant lady. Deepika asks Divya did she check the patient’s heart rate and other things. Divya says no, I just checked the pulse twice. Deepika asks where did you leave her, take me there. Vikrant’s mum worries for Aditi. Suman says she might have gone to talk to her mum. His mum says Vikrant didn’t beat her that she left. They get a call on landline. Vikrant treats Sapna. Pari asks is my mumma fine. He gets emotional hearing her name. He says you are very lovely like your name, you are hurt, come, I will make you fine. Deepika checks the pulse and says no pulse. Divya says it means she is dead. Deepika asks her to check again after injecting some saline. Divya says pulse is there, its weak. Deepika says shift the patient to the bed. She gets shocked seeing Aditi.

Suman answers the call. She says Aditi met with an accident, she is in FMS. Vikrant’s dad asks didn’t Vikrant call, does he know it or not. Vikrant treats Pari. He gets Suman’s call. He disconnects. He says even I had one Pari, but I lost her. She says but you got me. He says yes, lucky me. Deepika checks Aditi. She says she is in spinal shock. She asks Divya where is her focus. She calls Abhay. Abhay sees Aditi. Deepika asks for Vikrant. She goes to Vikrant. He asks what do you want. She says Aditi… He rushes to see Aditi.

He sees Aditi and cries. He asks did you do anything, why is Aditi not responding. Deepika says she had been declared dead before, we have to take her for MRI. He shouts on her and asks did you declare her dead, tell me. Chakravorty stops him and asks him to have some water. He says calm down. Vikrant goes out. Divya comes to say. She says we want senior doctor in ER. Chakravorty says I will go there. He goes to attend the patients. Peroz goes to find Parul’s groom. He asks the people. He sees the marriage pics. He recalls the patient. He rushes back to Parul. He says I found your husband, he is totally fine. He says heart rate is getting fine. Parul’s husband comes there. Isha says medicine is working. Peroz says it didn’t happen because of medicine, true love is real. Parul smiles seeing her husband. Isha says your faith on love can be believed. She laughs. Peroz goes.

Vikrant checks Aditi’s reports. Deepika says prepare Aditi for surgery. Deepika and Vikrant argue. He says I will do this surgery. She says you are family, you can’t operate her, you are shaken up, she is your wife, let me do it, please. Vikrant’s family comes. His mum asks her not to touch Aditi. They see Aditi. Doctors are busy in the treatment. Deepika asks Vikrant to sign the consent form. Suman says you can call another surgeon, you can’t sign the consent. Deepika says you can’t save Aditi if you delay, sign the form. Ward boy calls him to say the pregnant lady. Deepika asks Vikrant to sign and go. Vikrant signs the consent form. His dad says you have done wrong. Deepika says Aditi is one of us, she is our colleague. She treats Deepika. Vikrant says Pari, I m going to your mumma to treat her. She stops him. He asks her to wait for him, he will save her mum. She nods. Teri dhadkan….plays…. He kisses her and goes. Doctors are seen handling the tough cases. Deepika and Abhay treat Aditi. Deepika tries to revive Aditi.
