Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev 27th December 2012 Written Update

The episode begins with Little Gannu Bhaiya playing around in the water(awww-cho cute!!!!),his little Mushak friends ask him why is he having a bath?.Ganesha replies that for all round cleanliness even a bath is needed.Ganeshas little Mushak friends join him for a bath and are having fun splashing water everywhere.

Meanwhile in Daruka is deep in her tapasya when Parvati appears and calls her name.Parvati tells Daruka that she did a very hard penance to please her,she must be hoping for a Vardaan-she asks her what she wants.Daruka replies-she wants to be the queen of this forest and wants it to go wherever she goes.

Parvati asks why does she want this Vardaan only.Daruka says through this Vardaan she will be able to transport this forest all over the world to those who need it the most,to whom it is unreachable and set an example that one through their hard-work can gain everything.

Parvati is pleased and blesses her,and names the forest as Daruka Vaan and names her as its queen.Parvati leaves while Daruka is happy.

Meanwhile little Ganesha starts his pooja of the shivling,Mahadev looks on at his son adoringly. Parvati arrives and tells Mahadev about Daruka.Mahadev says that a Vardaan need not necessarily be for the good of everyone and is likely to be misused.Parvati says that she is sure Daruka wont misuse the Vardaan she has given her,while Mahadev diverts his attention to little Ganesha.

Parvati calls out to Ganesha and asks him to come and eat,he has done enough Pooja for a day.Ganesha asks his parents sweetly are they happy with his Pooja.Both of them smilingly reply yes.Ganesha says that in that case he hopes for a Vardaan.Mahadev says that pooja shouldnt be done in the hope of something in return,but should be done in the search of truth.Vardaans should be given to those who need it and not those who have everything like himself.Ganesha says he wants a Vardaan till then he wont eat.

Meanwhile Daruka-back in her original avatar plans to use Darukvaan to her advantage.Now that she has been vested with the power of being its queen she can take it everywhere.All the riches of this forest will only belong to the Asuras,and this will be used as a fortress to enslave everyone else and make them work for the Asurs.With everyone in thier captivity,no one will be able to do Pooja and no one will be able to become more powerful than them.An Asur asks what if Mahadev intervenes-Daruka says that the Vardaan has been given by Parvati herself-even Mahadev cannot to anything to stop them.Now she will take Darukavaan to the sea-and make it unreachable to everyone else.

Parvati asks Mahadev to give Ganesha a Vardaan if he is insisting on getting one,Mahadev kindly asks him what he wants?.Ganesha says he wishes that he parents should always remain together,that they should always be happy and be there to guide and love him(aawww-thats just so so so SO SWEET!).Mahadev thinks that if everyone had been as selfless as Ganesha while asking for Vardaans there would be nothing wrong in this world.He smilingly blesses him as Parvati has tears of happiness in her eyes.Ganesha moves forward and holds the hands of both his parents.

At Darukvaan Daruka orders Darukvaan to go wherever she is going.The Entire forest rises and moves along with Daruka.

Precap: Ganesha is going to meet Ashok Sundari.

On the other hand Daruka orders that everyone should be ensalved and brought down to Darukvaan.What will Mahadev do?.
