The Episode starts with Salim saying you have written letters to me all these years, now you are turning away, give me the answer. She says ordinary servants don’t have answer for the prince. He says you are my friend, I have just waited for your letters and your fragrance, I want this fragrance in my room, so that when you are not with me, I feel your presence, our childhood. She says childhood has passed, now we are not kids. He says I didn’t request, but commanded, this fragrance should be there in my room today. Khanam looks on. Salim holds Anarkali’s hand. Anarkali says I think someone is here. She runs. Salim smiles.

Khanam says Anarkali is meeting Salim, he regards her friend. Rukaiya says you have checked Anarkali’s room and didn’t get Salim’s letter, Salim can be

She asks Anarkali to wash clothes. Husna asks do you want something. Salim says you can’t get what I want, leave. Salim’s friend smiles seeing Husna. She makes a face and goes. Khanam threatens Anarkali and gives her clothes to wash. Salim waits for Anarkali. She gets busy in laundry work. Jodha comes to Akbar and says I want to get you and Salim closer, I have kept a feast today. He says I will surely come for your happiness. She says promise me, you try to understand Salim, don’t get upset. He agrees. Salim thinks Anarkali doesn’t have time.

Salim’s friend comes to call him for Jodha’s feast. Salim refuses. Daniyal and Murad come to meet and get some gift for him. He gets drinks. Salim recalls Anarkali. Daniyal thinks Rukaiya doesn’t want Salim to attend the feast, so that Akbar gets upset. Husna says Jodha asked you to make kheer. Anarkali says I will make kheer and then come to finish this work. Akbar and Rukaiya ask for Salim. Jodha says he will be coming. Salim comes there with Daniyal and Murad.
