Episode begins with Mr. Shekhawat hugging Swayam while everyone else happily look on, especially Sharon who is all giddy with joy. The anchor comments that with such high voltage backstage drama and support of a father, even the underdog team St. Louis has high chances of winning the trophy. The team members depart to get dressed. Sharon asks Taani to help her with her costume to which Taani readily agrees, leaving Swayam, his dad and Rey. Rey apologises for all the lies he said so far and also his behaviour earlier this evening at Swayam’s house. Mr. Shekhwat forgives him saying that it is Rey who made him realise his mistakes and brought him closer to his son, else he would never have seen this side of Swayam. Rey moves away. Mr. Shekhawat apologises for hurting and embarrassing Swayam all this while and for not being able to recognise his potential as a dancer. He also says that he has come to realise that dancing is an art form and a highly skilled one at that, as not everyone can shake a leg. Both father and son are teary-eyed.
The strong team Mount Carmella College begin their performance. They dance to popular tracks like “Naino mein sapna”, hit Telugu song ‘Ringa ringa’ etc. The judges say that they have shown why they are the top contender of the evening.
Swayam has to hurry. His dad wishes him luck. He replies saying that even if he doesn’t win NDC, he’ll still be a winner as his dad is finally with him. To this, Mr. Shekhawat makes a stern face and says, that even though he has accepted Swayam doesn’t mean he should lose his winner attitude- Swayam must fetch the trophy. Swayam looks perplexed and says what if he doesn’t? His dad smiles and says then there is always the next year and both of them smile.
Sharon looks gorgeous in a beautiful red dress. She goes and sits beside a distraught Rey, dressed in white suit and pants. She tries to cheer him up saying that Swayam’s dad has finally accepted Swayam and it’s all because of Rey, but it doesn’t help the situation much, as Rey is still lost. He tells Sharon clearly that she shouldn’t expect much from him tonight as he is shattered. He sees Taani everywhere, with his eyes open and closed. Sharon is worried. Taani overhears this conversation. Swayam looks cool in all black formals with a cute ponytail. Sharon tells him about Rey’s disturbed mental state and that she is worried that he may not be able to perform tonight. A worried Swayam calls Taani to try and postpone their performance for a short while. Taani assures him that it won’t be needed as they don’t need to change the choreography- she’ll make sure that Rey performs tonight.
Taani enters Rey’s room. She tells him that she is here for him and that she loves him. Rey hugs her with tears rolling down his cheeks. Taani is crying too. While Rey gives her a tight hug, Taani doesn’t hug him back and has a painful expression on her face. The team members all dressed in either black or white formals walk towards the stage as it’s time for the Louisans to perform. Swayam calls Rey asking him to join them on stage. Rey says he’ll be there right away. Swayam asks him how he is doing and he replies “never been better”. He hugs Taani once again before leaving and promises her a Taarey night after the performance. After he leaves, Taani says to herself that although she loves him, it’ll never Taarey again as Rey and Taani are not meant to be together. Screen freezes on her determined face.

Precap: The team is performing an act for which the theme seems to be casino. Rey looking for Taani everywhere and then finding a letter, upon reading which, he is visibly upset.
