D3 Dil Dosti Dance 19th June 2012 Written Update by ..first.rain..
Rey goes to the fire escape thinking Swayam will be there. He’s surprised to find Sharon there but goes on with it thinking he must have misread the message. Swayam is waiting in BB court. Sharon tells Rey that she has a big news to share and asks him to not over-react. Rey thinks that if he doesn’t meet Swayam right then, it’ll be Swayam who’ll over-react out of fury. Sharon says different things as she fumbles around searching for the right words to say it.
Swayam decides to tell Rey through phone. He decided to tell him and he will no matter what. He calls Rey and tells him that Sharon and him have decided to give each other a chance. Rey goes compelte hyper and happy hearing this and the phone drops from his hand. The phone is cut and Rey turns back to see Sharon, hugs her and excitedly tells her that he can’t believe her and Swayam!
She’s surprised he already knows and asks if it’s that evident on her face while blushing. He says ofcourse it is. He’s her best friend so he would obviously know! Sharon agrees and makes him promise to not tell anyone and keep it a secret. Both Swayam and her want that so no mis-understandings and stuff is created. Rey tells her that he can’t digest the news and needs to be in free air. So he’ll be back.
He goes runs to meet Swayam in the BB court and gives him a hug as well showing his happiness saying Swayam finally did it! Both share the happiness. Swayam and Sharon, in individual places, are telling Rey the same thing. How they don’t want to hurt the other so they are keeping it a secret. Rey promises both of them to not tell anyone else.
All is finally done and Rey is again in one place. BB court. He sits on the bench and takes fast breaths, tired from all the running around. Swayam asks him what he had to tell him. Rey remembers Taani then and remembers that Taani must be waiting as well. He takes a run for it and goes to meet her. She’s waiting in the rehearsal room and when he comes, he tells her that finally things will all be good from now on.
Taani says no and goes to tell Rey how can was foolish to think she can dance. She has been trying to dance since childhood, thinking that one day or another, she’ll learn it. But she can’t; she knows that be looking at the groups’s hard work, dedication and talent. She can never come close to that and she doesn’t have the right to take the place of the worthy 6th dancer.
Rey is confused, saying she can’t mean that. Taani says she’s really sorry but she cannot do this. She cannot be in the team. She leaves with tears in her eyes. Rey stays back thinking she must be joking. She can’t just leave the team like that!!
Outside, Shivam sees her walking and crying and goes to ask her. She says she’s fine and tries to leave. Shivam says he’ll drop her home and can’t see her crying like this. She can’t refuse.
Swayam is again in happy mood as he reaches home. He calls Sharon when the door bell rings. He tells her to call back later as she wants to talk to him exclusively, when he’s not busy with anything else. He says ok and opens the door. Taani comes in crying and he’s worried. He asks what happened but she doesn’t reply. Shivam says he’s been asking the same but she isn’t replying. Swayam thinks it’s because of Shivam and pulls his collar. Taani comes and says he hasn’t done anything. He was just dropping her home.Hearing this, Swayam leaves Shivam’s collar and he leaves.
Turning back to Taani, he asks what happened. She tells her that she has just lost something and the pain is so deep that the tears aren’t stopping. Once she’ll be by herself for a while, her mind will come back to it’s right place. Swayam doesn’t force her and lets her go to her room. Inside, she cries and remembers all the special times with Rey. The moment she entered the college, the time when Rey defended her against ragging, Dil Se Re moment and also the time when Rey shouted at her when she told him she more than liked him.
Precap: Notice board, Rey says Taani wasn’t lying. Swayam asks if Rey knew about it. Vishakha blames it all on Rey and Swayam. Rey asks her to relax. They’re a team. She says she’s wrong. There’s no team. Swayam yells at her to shut up. She gets mad and leaves.
