Channel V’s It’s Complicated wraps up shoot

The interesting show on Channel V, It’s Complicated- Relationship Ka Naya Status that presented an exciting tale of battle of sexes first time on TV wrapped up their shoot yesterday (7 May).

The light hearted comedy show by Sunshine Productions had Maddy (Aalekh Kapoor), Bappa (Aru Verma), Rocky (Mayank Kalra), Jo (Smriti Khanna), Nikki (Harkamal Preet Nancy) and Urvashi (Tanya Sharma) playing the leads. The story basically dealt with the misconceptions both the sexes have about each other.

Talking about the show, Producer Sudhir Sharma shares, “It had been a fun journey. The channel and the production house tried out an experiment which for one was not copied from anyone (smiles). Apart from that the show was a challenge and I think we did manage to conquer it. It’s Complicated was well accepted by the youth; especially the characters have gained good response. It was a different series and I wish the team great luck ahead.”

We also called up Tanya and she excitedly said, “We have developed such a strong bond with each other that we were all crying when we wrapped up shoot last night. From the actors to the 2nd unit directors, everyone had tears in their eyes. Although it’s been just six months I really enjoyed my stint and I am seriously going to miss all of them.”

Echoing her thoughts, Aalekh further adds, “It had been a wonderful experience and it being my first show, I got to learn a lot. It had been a wonderful experience with the entire team which I am going to cherish always. Since it got late last night, we are having a get together today.”
