The Episode starts with fraud men threatening the public to defame HRA. Chandra and Manmath come there and save the people. Chandra’s aides try to take the situation under control. Bismil wanted to explain their action to people, but their action failed a lot of times, the freedom fighters started losing their hopes, people got angry on HRA when police looted people on HRA’s name. Banwari says give us a chance to talk, HRA members don’t hurt anyone, stop. They nab the culprits. They tell the people that they are with them, they are from HRA. Chandra asks the man to speak up the truth. He says we are not dacoits, we are HRA members. A man looks on and says I should call police, they will get caught, else these men won’t leave us alone.

Cop says we have to send a spy in between them. Tikaram

says we have to find them. Cop says we will get someone from college. Veer is shown, who has turned into a British informed and failed freedom fighters’ attempts. Veer gets caught by some goons. He gets beaten up. He says I will return money soon. The goons demand money. Other men come there and clear up his loans. Veer says I have no money to give you. They ask him to return money when he has. Veer acts to cry. He calls the fake goons. He takes his share of money and enjoys. They laugh on the good planning. Chandra asks the culprit about his background. Lehri says we just want to know about you. He asks villagers to beat them more. People beat the fake HRA members.
Officer says it always comes out as a fake info. A man comes and says HRA is looting our village. Officers leave to catch HRA members. The man learns Veer’s lie. He says you have got a job in police. Veer says I m not lying, I swear, I didn’t get any job. The man apologizes and gives him more money for use. Veer says I m not a beggar, keep your money. The man asks him to keep money. Veer fools him again. Chandra asks the dacoits why did they do this. The dacoit says HRA serve the country, we used your name to get profits, forgive us. Chandra makes them apologize to villagers. The dacoits run away. Chandra clears their name. Police comes there and doesn’t find HRA members. Inspector scolds the informer and asks him about them. He shoots the man. Chandra says I think the informer’s life is in risk. They hear gun shots. Banwari says we can’t go there. Chandra says we should protect the villagers from police, that informer is my friend. Banwari says how did he become your friend. They ask him not to flow in emotions. Chandra says I will go alone. He gets slapped by Ashfaqulla. Chandra runs to save informer. They all run back. Officer threatens and goes to shoot the informer.

Chandra comes there and shoots the office. The firing starts. Chandra and his aides try to cover up and escape. Chandra takes the informer with him. The cop sees him and follows.
