Dhananand tells Amartya Rakshas that they need to punish people who are Chandragupta’s supporters and praised him. Amartya Rakshas says yes, they should end those traitors. Chandragupta performs villagers’ last rights reminiscing their help. Durdhara in her room reminisces Chandragupta telling that his mother told she respected his father most, even he sees same respect in Durdhara’s eyes for him and after many years of experience can tell when Durdhara is lying and she is telling truth. Ambhi Kumar walks in. She angrily asks what is he doing here. He tries to seduce her by smearing father around her body and praising it. She scars his cheek with a knife and warns if he ever tries to misbehave with her again, she will kill him. He says her brother made him her bodyguard,

he will force her to forget Chandragupta and choose him soon.
Chanakya confronts Tarini that to end Dhananand’s cruel rule and make united Bharath’s dream come true, they need Tarini’s help. Chandragupta tells Tarini she is free to either leave this place or become their spy and give them Dhananand’s information. Tarini agrees. Chanakya explains his plan to Chandragupta that Dhananand’s strongest pillars of support are his 6 brothers who are handling his each department and explaining what Dhananand’s each brother handles says if they kill these 6, Dhananand will lose his power, then they can kick out Dhananand out of Pataliputra, but before that they need to wait till Tarini gives them any solid information. Chandragupta selects one brother Rastrapal and says they will attack him first.

Amartya Rakshas brings villagers who praised Chandragupta and asks Dhananand why did he ask him to bring them here instead of killing them in their huts. Dhananand says they hurt his ego and he wants to see them dead in front of his eyes. He orders his friend Rastrapal to show the special weapon with which all the traitors will be killed. Villagers plead him to spare them. Dhananand laughs and asks them to call Chandragupta now and see if he can save them. Tarini reaches there and seeing people crying thinks she will not let Dhananand kill any more innocent people.

Precap: Chanakya says they have started attacking Dhananand’s superego and overpride by attacking his brother Rastrapal first.
