Dhanand reveals his plan that while Chandragupta is busy tackling arrows from north side, Govishanka with his battalion will shower poisionous arrows from south which will emit poisonous smoke and can killl all enemies in 10 minutes. Indra sees arrows coming from south and thinks he has to stop these poisonous arrows from south, else poisonous smoke will spread in whole palace and will kill everyone. He reminisces Dhoomketu sacrificing his life for Chandragupta’s dream and thinks even he needs to sacrifice his life for Chandragupta. He locks door and wearing cloth around his nose throws back arrows on Govishanka’s battalion. Chandragupta finishes all archers on north side and asks Indra to get curtains. When he does not hear from Indra, he finds arrows coming from south and Indra
throwing them back. Govishanka with his battalion walks away. Chandragupta runs to Indra and asks him to open door. Indra says let him handle it and continues throwing back arrows with his nose bleeding. Chandragupta with other khsatriyas breaks open door and rushes to Indra. Indra falls down bleeding. Chandragupta cries why did sacrifice life for him. Indra says he wants Chandragupta to achieve his dream of united Bharath and wants to born again in free Bharath. Chandragupta continues crying. Indra passes away. Chandragupta takes oath to snatch Dhananand’s brother like he snatched his brother.
Govishanka returns to Dhananand and informs Chandragupta is still alive and he failed to kill him. Dhananand scolds Govishanka and asks him to get out of his sight. Bhadrasal brings Piplivan kshatriya and informs Dhananand that this kshatriya says he can take them to Chandragupta and help them win. Dhananand says kshatriyas are untrustable and orders to kill him. Bhadrasal raises sword to b ehead kshatriya when Govishanka stops him and says what is kshatriya is telling truth, let him go and check, anyways king ordered not to show his face. Dhananand says if he goes, it is his own risk and he cannot blame anyone. Govishanka agrees and walks with kshatriya.
Khsatriya takes him to a tunnel. He asks why did he bring him here instead of a cave. Khsatriya says he brought him at right place. Chandragupta enters and says Govishnnka dared to killed his brother Indra, now he will kill Govishanka and take revenge. Govishanka pleads to spare him and let him go. Chandragupta brutally kills Govishanka and takes Indra’s revenge.
