Cast and crew of Diya Aur Baati Hum celebrate Valentine’s Day on the sets

The team of Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd.) was the happiest when the clock struck 12 at midnight yesterday when couples hugged and kissed each other to give a start to Valentine’s Day.

If you’re wondering why, then let us tell you that most of the cast of this show is single hence they were clueless about celebrating the day in the first place. But, then they were busy shooting when they started hearing some loud music from an adjoining place where Valentine’s Day was being celebrated.

Thus, the team too decided to celebrate the day with people they love the most among their cast and crew.

When we contacted Deepika, she confirmed the same and said, “Yes, we danced like crazy. It was so much fun.”

When asked if she’d be going on a date today, she replied, “I am very much single like most of my cast. That is one reason why we halted the shot and danced to the latest beats.”

In fact, even last year the Baati team celebrated Valentine’s Day on the sets.
