“Bigg Boss journey has taught me how to be patient and bother less” – Pratyusha Banerjee
Petite actress Pratyusha Banerjee, who got eliminated from the Bigg Boss house recently talks about her journey in the house, lessons she learnt being in the house and much more in conversation with us.
Pratyusha Banerjee, who rose to fame with the show Balika Vadhu as Anandi, got eliminated from the reality show Bigg Boss house recently. After quitting the show Balika Vadhu, she entered the reality show Bigg Boss Saath 7 as a contestant. She shares about her some of the memorable and amazing experiences, her bonding with the contestants in the house, toughest contender on the show and much more with us.
Let’s see what Pratyusha has to share with us…
When asked about her journey in the house Pratyusha Banerjee shares, “My journey in the Bigg Boss house was very nice, crazy and above all I had a great experience for lifetime. I enjoyed all my days in the house, each day was a memorable one for me and I am happily walking out of the house meeting a best friend in my life who is Kamya Punjabi.”
Pratyusha talks about her toughest task in the Bigg Boss Saath 7 house, “All the tasks in the Bigg Boss Saath 7 were interesting but the toughest task that I found was taking the electric shock. I literally felt the shock so much so that I broke down into tears.”
But as we saw in the telecast that Salman Khan too took the shock task too and said it was too minor. We asked her that what she has to say on that and she says, “Genuinely, I did feel the shock, maybe it is easier for a man to bear this shock but it was definitely not easy for me.”
Pratyusha says that she found the eliminations fair this time, “Yes, I definitely think that the elimination was fair this time. I wanted to come out of the house and I was going on saying the same too, so it is all cool. I am happy to breathe the fresh air and seeing so many people outside the Bigg Boss house.”
According to her everybody in the house is playing a game, “Everyone is playing a game in the house, just that Andy’s game becomes too dirty at times,” says Pratyusha.
Pratyusha will stay in touch with each and every contestant of the Bigg Boss house she says, “I am definitely going to be in touch with each and every contestant from the Bigg Boss house. I am not going to judge any of the contestants according to their behaviour in the Bigg Boss house as it is clearly seen that they are playing a game.”
Pratyusha was seen bonding really well with the wild card contestant in the Bigg Boss house namely Ajaz Khan. When we asked her about her tuning with him she quipped, “Ajaz is one crazy friend I have made on the show. He is very sweet and now people have also started accepting him in the house. I had a good fun with him, for the time that I spent along with him. I am surely going to stay in touch with him.”
In the recent Commando task, we saw that Pratyusha voted for Tanisha Mukherjee instead of Gauhar Khan who was a very good friend of her. When we asked her about the same, she clarifies saying, “I have always played a fair game in the house, and just that if somebody is your friend that doesn’t mean that person has the privilege to take away my vote. I genuinely thought that Tanisha really worked very hard in the Commando task. I am not saying that Gauhar did not work hard, but she cannot get the credit for only Cooking’, as that was her job which was assigned to her already. That is what my point was and I put it forward.”
Salman Khan was seen giving an advice to Pratyusha on playing the game by applying her brains and not to get influenced by others, “I have always taken Salman sir’s advice as teachings and have followed them too. So I am not upset at all through his any comments that he has passed on me or questioned me. I am thankful to him for making me learn a lot, he is a great man,” says Pratyusha.
Pratyusha still feels that Kushal Tandon should come back in the house, “Yes, I definitely feel that Kushal should come back.”
She was been addressed as ‘Bachi’ in the house, which angered her a lot, “I felt really bad when people again and again kept saying that I am a 22 year old girl. If they had so much of problem with my age and me being among them then they should have directly gone to the Bigg Boss and conveyed their message to him rather addressing me the same again and again,” says Pratyusha.
One thing that Pratyusha Bannerjee has learn’t for life through this show is, “Bigg Boss journey has taught me to be patient and bother less. I just don’t care anymore for any crap that happens.”
We also quizzed Pratyusha to describe remaining contestants in the house in one word:-

Armaan Kohli – Angry young man.
Tanisha Mukherjee – Sophisticated.
Kamya Punjabi – Great person and an amazing friend.
