The Episode starts with Rishi crying on the phone. Malishka asks if Uncle is fine? Neelam takes the call and asks her to say if he is fine? Rishi cries. Ayush takes the phone and says Mami. Neelam says Ayush, you are with Rishi and asks if everything is fine. Ayush asks her to be strong and tells that Mama and Bhabhi met with an accident. Malishka asks if Virender uncle is fine? Neelam asks him to make her talk to him. Ayush says he is injured and is in the hospital. He says doctor are trying, Mama fell down from the cliff. Neelam hears and drops the phone. She sits in shock. Malishka picks the phone and asks Ayush, what happened? Ayush says Mama and Bhabhi met with an accident. Dadi asks her to say. Malishka says Virender Uncle and Lakshmi, both met with an accident and they are in the hospital. Karishma asks Neelam not to worry, and says he will be fine. Kiran also shows fake sympathy and says he will be fine. Neelam says he fell down from the cliff and got much injury. Dadi says he will get my age also. She says we shall go to hospital and asks Neelam to have courage. Malishka smiles victorious. Kiran says this is not right. Rishi cries. Ayush thinks Rishi Bhai is very sad, the two important people of his life are in the hospital.
Rishi asks Doctor about Virender. Doctor says they are treating him and he is having deep head injuries and says if he don’t get consciousness then he will get brain dead or might slip in coma, I mean anything can happen. Malishka smiles. Neelam says how can you say this and says if you can’t treat him then call any other best doctor. Doctor says we are doing the best of treatment. Abhay acts and asks if we shall call the doctor from US. Doctor says we want patient to be fine, it doesn’t matter if the patient gets fine with our treatment or someone else treatment. He says they will shift him to the ICU. Abhay says he knows one such doctor. Rishi cries.
Lakshmi gains consciousness and recalls Virender’s accident. She gains consciousness and acts normal, says I want to go to my Bau ji. She asks who has brought me here? Nurse says your husband Rishi. Lakshmi says Rishi has saved me and Bau ji. She says I want to go to Bau ji, but Nurse tells that she is still in medicine effect. Lakshmi feels dizzy and is about to fall. Nurse asks her to rest. Lakshmi rests on the bed. Nurse says you will be shifted in the ward. She prays to God to make her Bau ji fine. Abhay says call is not connecting, I will call again. Ayush says we trust our prayers, Mama will be fine and he will not slip in coma, and he will be fine like before. Neelam goes to the temple of the hospital. Rishi says Mom. She says he is my life partner and asks God not to snatch life partner from her.
Shalu and Bani come to the hospital. Ayush tells them about the accident. They ask how did this happen. Karishma says this happened due to your sister’s inauspicious affect. Rishi says don’t talk all this now.
Malishka tells Abhay that the family members will not leave Lakshmi now, and Karishma believed the video to be true. Abhay says Karishma is nothing, what is Neelam’s take on this. Malishka says she has called someone, who will add fire and tells that such drama will be created that nobody can save Lakshmi from Neelam’s wrath. Virender is about to gain consciousness. Malishka sees Sonia and says she has called her to increase the fire set by her. She smiles.
Precap: Nurse informs Malishka that Virender has finger movements and might gain consciousness. Malishka goes to him and takes off the oxygen mask to kill him. His condition deteriorates. Lakshmi comes there.
