Everyone is standing in a queue at a hospital. Saxena announces that health is wealth and really important to a living. Saxena says that their organisation will provide free full body checkups for the people of Modern Colony. Everyone tells their problems to him. MasterJi says that he’s been feeling a lot of pain since last few days. Tillu mocks him by saying that he might be suffering from Piles. Everyone starts laughing. Tiwari shows up and asks what’s happening? Saxena says that he has organised a free body check up. Tiwari stands first in the queue and everyone pushes him behind. Now, Vibhu shows up and asks what’s happening? Saxena says that he’s doing free body check ups. Vibhu says that he doesn’t need one because he’s healthy and fit unlike Tiwari. Vibhu leaves.
Angoori cuts her finger while chopping vegetables. Angoori starts shouting. Angoori calls Ammaji and tells her about that. Ammaji says that she also had a talk with Ramfal he said that she’s a lot of negativity, and anything can happen to her.
Angoori gets shocked, and asks for a remedy. Ammaji tells her to lock herself inside her bedroom, and advises her not to leave her house. Angoori agrees. Everyone is waiting for Dr.Gupta at the tea stall. Gupta shows up and says that he got their reports, and things are not looking very well. Teeka tells him to give away the reports. Gupta takes out report of MasterJi. He tells MasterJi that he’s suffering from Piles and even has physical weakness. Everyone starts laughing at him. MasterJi says that he will talk to him isolated. Gupta tells Prem that he’s suffering from physical pain in bones. Now he tells Teeka and Tillu that their livers are about to fail. Gupta tells David that he has stones in every part of his body. Tiwari shows up and asks for his report too. Gupta tells him that he has severe problems in his nerves. Saxena shows up blames their degenerate lifestyle.
David goes back inside his house. Vibhu asks him if he wants some sandwich? David denies and says that he’s very worried. Vibhu asks what happened? David gives him his report. Vibhu gets worried. Vibhu gets a business idea and tells David that he will help everyone soon.
Saxena announces that he will take care of everyone’s diseases for free through their organisation. David also shows up with competition and announces that Vibhu is now a physiotherapist , and he got his degree from Tokyo. Everyone takes side of David. Both of them argues with each other and the people of modern colony keeps on changing their sides. Saxena says that Vibhu and David are fraud and will swindle their money. David says that Saxena himself isn’t healthy and out of his mind. Everyone believes him. Saxena says that he’s also taking the therapy himself, and seeing marvellous results, and now he doesn’t say that he likes a slap. Everyone takes Saxena’s side and starts chanting his name.
