Happu is on the phone and slips on the dirt in front of Tiwari’s house. Teeka and Tillu smear him with additional dirt from their balcony. Happu yells at them, and they run away. Happu keeps slipping and can’t get up. Happu becomes frustrated. Anu arrives and asks Happu what happened. Happu informs her that someone had planned against him.

Teeka and Tillu show up and laugh at them. Happu says he’ll lock them up. Angoori appears and says, “Why would he do that?” They are simply enjoying the festivities of Holi. Happu claims that he was on duty and that they impeded him, which is a serious offense. Angoori claims to be in civil attire. Anu contacts Vibhu and informs him that Angoori is busy fighting with Happu and that he should go in the meantime. Vibhu leaves his house, and Angoori, Teeka, and Tillu smear him again. Anu gets irritated again.

Teeka and Tillu are preparing a combination to smear everyone with dirt and paint.

Tillu places the bucket containing the concoction on top of the tea stall so that they can pamper everyone. Teeka and Tillu sat back down. MasterJi, Prem, and Gupta arrive giggling and talking to one other. Teeka and Tillu kept sipping their tea. Gupta questions why they are so quiet. Tillu humiliates him.

Teeka and Tillu join Angoori in dancing when she arrives to celebrate. Angoori starts spraying them with more water, and they flee. Rusa appears and announces that there is still time for Holi. Angoori tells Teeka and Tillu to smear her as well. Teeka and Tillu toss a mixture of all the unpleasant stuff at Rusa. Rusa also flees.

Angoori is waiting for people to join her in playing Holi. Teeka arrives dressed as a lady, accompanied by Tillu. Teeka asks if she has found anybody to spoil. Angoori denies. Teeka stops David as he passes by. Tillu sneaks behind David and paints his face. Both of them begin laughing at David. Angoori provides them water guns, and they spray David with them. Tiwari sees Angoori from his balcony. Tiwari reminisces over Anu’s comments, acts as if he is ill, and contacts Angoori to express his discomfort. Teeka and Tillu persuade Angoori to go meet Tiwari while they paint people in another street.

David enters his residence and informs Vibhu that he should leave now that Teeka and Tillu have left and Angoori is already inside her home. Vibhu grabs his umbrella. David says he’ll offer him cover. Vibhu and David depart the residence. Angoori, Teeka, and Tillu waited for Vibhu and took out their water guns. Vibhu and David take cover. Angoori instructs them to go outside. David says he’ll take one for the team. David steps outside and instructs them to smear him. Angoori, Teeka, and Tillu began laughing at him. David claims that they are terrified. Angoori laughs at him. David exhibits Ammaji’s name written on his chest. Angoori is still laughing at him.
