Tiwari calls Anu that tells her that David ate a lot of fruits and now he got diarrhoea. Anu tells Tiwari that he is blessed that he can help an old man. Tiwari gets frustrated and tells Anu to send Vibhu for urgent help. Anu asks Vibhu to go and check.

David is laying on the bed. Tiwari and Angoori are standing beside him. Vibe comes in and sits with David. Tiwari says that he’s now annoyed. David tells Tiwari that he cannot do any thing in that, it’s all natural. Angoori tells David that Easter all the fruits on his own. David tells her that those fruits weren’t normal they were imported and didn’t suit him. Tiwari tells Vibhu to take care of David because he’s going to sleep. Tiwari leaves after says this. Angoori asks David if he want some turmeric milk? David tells her to bring it. Angoori tells Vibhu to sit with David while he she gets the milk and leaves. Vibhu also goes with her.

Angoori is preparing milk and Vibhu walks upto her. Vibhu tells Angoori that her respect has increased. Angoori asks him, why? Vibhu tells her because she is taking care of David and he’s very thankful to her. Angoori tells Vibhu that she doesn’t like David at all. Vibhu asks her that why is she saying that? Angoori tells him that she’s bearing David just because she can meet Vibhu. Vibhu gets shocked. Vibhu asks Angoori if they can sing a song? Angoori and Vibhu starts dancing together. Vibhu was dreaming and was actually dancing with David. David tells him to leave him. Vibhu gets confused. David tells Vibhu to take him to the bathroom.

Angoori is feeding David in the garden. David gets up and starts moving weirdly. Angoori starts laughing and asks him that why is he dancing? David tells her that he’s not dancing, but his body is very itchy and asks her to call Tiwari. Angoori calls Tiwari and he comes out of the house. David tells Tiwari that he needs a bath. Tiwari says that he cannot do that for him. Angoori asks him, why? Tiwari says that he will Vibhu. Angoori tells Tiwari that if he won’t bath David, she will. Tiwari tells her to shut up!

Tiwari is helping David to take a bath. Tiwari is rubbing soap on David’s back. David tells Tiwari to move his hands passionately. After they are done, Tiwari tries to pick David up, but he David slips and gets injured again. Tiwari calls for help. Saxena sees them from the window and says that his ambulance is ready to go.

David is laying on the stretcher inside his ambulance and Tiwari is sitting beside him. Saxena is driving very harshly and, David and Tiwari are suffering behind the ambulance.

Anu is sitting in her house. Tiwari comes in and shakes hands with Tiwari and thanks him. Tiwari tells Anu that he’s here to confess something about David. Anu asks him, what happened? Tiwari tells her that David told him that he needed a bath but when they were done taking a bath and tried to pick him, he slipped and tells Anu to take David back because he and Angoori cannot help him anymore. Anu asks them to adjust. Tiwari tells her that it’s impossible for him. Anu tells Tiwari that he should be sorrow because David is injured and he’s moving him here and there. Tiwari again says that it’s impossible for him to handle David. Anu gets angry and thanks Tiwari for his favour. Tiwari apologises her and leaves.

Angoori is giving David a head massage. Teeka and Tillu comes back with their fruits. David tells them to leave the house with their fruits. Angoori tells Teeka and Tillu that David went through a lot after these fruits. Teeka asks, what happened? David tells them that he got diarrhoea. Tillu and Teeka tells them these fruits are very safe and fresh. David and Angoori again tells them to pack them. Angoori asks for the price. Tillu tells her that these fruits are only for 7000rs. Tiwari comes in and slaps Tillu. Tiwari asks him, what is he selling worth 7000rs? Tillu says that these are imported fruits. David says that these are imported that’s why, these fruits are expensive. Tiwari says they are fooling him. Angoori tells Tiwari that he will get fruits from the market. Angoori tells Teeka and Tillu to the fruits.

Everyone is sitting at Tiwari’s home. Tiwari tells that they also care about David. David says that he saw how much Tiwari cared while rubbing soap on his back. Tiwari tells David now he will rub it real good in the places which are deep inside. Angoori asks, what deep places are they talking about?
