Maya continues writing about her past in her diary that on first day of her work in MJ’s company, MJ didn’t even look at her, but he was eyeing on her. Her mother over phone insists her to return home as people may take advantage of her innocence. Maya says she will call her before leaving office. She sees flowers on her desk and MJ looking at her from his cabin, reminiscing her mother’s words returns them to MJ and says she doesn’t know what he knows about her, she knows he is a celebrity and was following her whole day. MJ asks if she doesn’t like flowers, Manvi. Maya picks card and says he must have invited her for coffee or dinner. He says its a welcome note for his each new employee and she should read it before alleging him. She apologizes him and leaves seeing him watching TV. She gets a call from her mother that her dad met with an accident. MJ asks her to tell hospital name, her father will be taken care of well. Maya reaches hospital and goes to reception to pay bills. Receptionist says MJ paid all bills. Mother asks who is her boss to pay their bills. Maya sees MJ and asks him why did he pay bills. He asks to read his contract again that his company takes care of his employees’ needs well and delivers one-liver.
Out of flashback, Maya reminisces delivering same dialogue to Rudra and thinks MJ made her like him. Back into flashback, Maya apologizes MJ for misunderstanding him and informs her mother that her boss is a nice man and he just followed company rules. Next day, Maya continues working in office till 1 a.m. and noticing MJ still in his cabin walks in and sees him inebriated with slit wrist and blood oozing from his wrist. MJ says he will not die easily as he tried many times to suicide, showing cut marks on his wrists, and says his wife loves someone else and has many affairs, he tolerated his wife’s affairs for 10 years, he tries his best to forget, but he fails. He holds her hand and cries and then acts as apologizing.
Out of flashback, Maya thinks first step of betrayal is trust and she used same step to kill wrist, she used MJ’s trick on Rishi and killed him. Back into flashback, Maya reminisces next day MJ sending her bouquet again with a note thanking her for helping him forget his sorrows. She walks into MJ’s cabin and says sharing someone’s sorrows is not favor. MJ asks her to call him MJ as he is her friend now, shakes hands and says he is taking divorce from his wife because of her. She asks what.. He says after speaking to her, he realized that he cannot continue his forced relationship and should have taken it long ago. He asks her not to tell anyone whatever he told about Antara as she is woman first and mother/wife later. Maya thanks him for flowers and leaves.
Maya falls in MJ’s love slowly. Tumhe Apna Banane Ka junoon..song… plays in the background. He offers her written book. She happily hugs him and then getting conscious tells him that its wrong as he is married. He says she is his type girl whom he wants to marry, he is divorcing Antara and Manvi will be his family in the future. Maya says nobody will accept their relationship. He says he doesn’t care and requests her to accept him. She gets intimate with him. Out of flashback, MJ enters her room and tears her papers.
Precap: MJ strangulating Maya’s neck warns how dare she is to enter his life again, he will finish last time’s unfinished task. Rudra enters calling him Mr. Roy.
