Maya cries looking at her mother. She walks up to her and holds her hand. She tries to wake her but in vain. Lukka Chuppi plays as she thinks of the past moments with her mother. She keeps shaking her while crying her heart out. She hears a sound and gets alert. She hides by the time Vikram steps out of the study. Vikram says I washed my hands. Let me meet your daughter. I will pack you later on. He heads upstairs. He hears the sound of shower and locks it from outside.
Maya is crying inside. She recalls how everything started with MJ’s lies and how she ended up here. She muffles her cries. I am sorry Rajiv. I am sorry Ma. I am sorry.
Rudra says this is her handwriting only. It is written by her only. She is hiding there only. He gets up to go but MJ asks him why he is acting like a handwriting expert. Verify it well before taking any action. It might be her style to divert us.
Vikram opens the door. Maya charges at him. She holds Vikram by his neck and hits him. Why did you do this? He gets tensed but she asks him why he locked her. He says I dint know. It happened by mistake. She disagrees. You are lying. You don’t trust me at all, right? How can love blossom in the absence of trust? She hugs him and cries. He requests her not to cry. She says what else I should do. I am locked here like an animal. I cannot live like this. He insists he dint know. I am sorry. Please stop crying. She tells him to leave her. How will we stay together like this? Maybe I don’t understand your methods but I see love in your eyes. I see your efforts. Please give me one chance. I want to make an effort to show you my love too. Please trust me. I want us to live like a normal couple. Please give me a normal life. He nods and holds her. She says we will live like a normal couple now. Tell mummy we will have dinner together. He says she is resting right now. It wont be right to wake her up. Let’s have dinner together tonight. She agreed. I will cook a special dessert for you. They share a hug. Vikram says I love you.
Rudra asks handwriting expert if he is correct. She makes H like this only. The expert disagrees. I think it is some kid. Rudra cross checks himself. Rudra looks upset. MJ tells Rudra they will find other ways to find her. Rudra again thinks of how he got the letter. He heads inside. MJ pays money to the handwriting expert. Thank you. Mr. Sharma asks him why he made him lie to his son. MJ says I don’t want Rudra to be involved in all this. I have lost one son. I cannot lose another.
Maya is cutting apples while Vikram is working. She is keeping the seeds aside intentionally. Vikram laughs. She asks him about it but he says people in crime shows show anything. She grinds the seeds and mixes them.
Maya sets a romantic table for two. She pours wine in two glasses when the doorbell rings. Maya peeks out of her room’s door.
Vikram opens the door and finds MJ at the door. Maya is reminded of her past yet again. Vikram welcomes MJ gladly and introduces himself. I am very big fan. I cannot believe it that you are here. MJ speaks of the old owner of the house. Vikram asks him if he is speaking about Maya ji.
Precap: Maya gives the dessert to Vikram. He accepts it. I love you so much that I can even eat poison for you. He starts choking the moment he eats the cupcake. Maya looks on. MJ burns a paper under the fire sensor to trigger the fire alarm.
