   I really don’t know in what kind of Islam indians brlive but Oslam says, if a husband gives divorse to his wife. Than the wife needs to hala nikah, and she can’t ask her second husband to divorce her after the marige so that she can marry her furst husband.

   This rule is cuzz of divorce isn’t a game or what. If u gave divorce to your wife the last day u need to answer ALLAH for that.
