Sohem tells Rajji not to inform anyone anything so that Bani never comes to hear. Family wants Sohem to eat before leaving but he does not want to (looks angrily at Desho). Mami makes excuse that SIL can’t eat today. Desho goes after Sohem and says she is not guilty and says she had actually spoken for Bani but when she went to tell others Parmeet had arrived. And before she could tell Sohem, Binder said that he was ready to marry Rajji and that she did not know how Binder got the wrong impression (LIAR). She wants Sohem to accept what happened as destiny and come to take Rajji the next day.

Sohem leaves and Desho turns and sees Rajji had overheard. Before she could say anything Binder comes. The girls and friends sit to eat. Desho goes to feed Rajji who stops her.

At Sohem’s house his family is worried. He arrives agitated, goes to his room and seeing the decoration, starts pulling everything down in anguish. His family comes to console him and he cries why this happened and 2 lives got destroyed – his own and Rajji’s. He screams he does not want to live with Rajji – she will always be just Bani’s sister

At night, Bani finally comes to ask Rajji why she is upset. Rajji says she and Sohem can never be happy as he does not love her. Bani says it takes time in arranged marriage as love is not a switch to be turned on and off. And Sohem must have taken the decision after thinking about everything.And she knows Sohem very well (oh yeah???) and that he will be a good husband and keep her happy. After giving her 2 cents advice, Bani goes to bed

Desho sees Rajji crying and comes to her. Time for fireworks. Raji blames Desho for all that happened. And what she got by destroying 2 lives. And what right did she have to play around with their lives. Desho again lies that everything happened due to misunderstandings. Rajji does not buy her excuse and says if that were true she would not have apologised to Sohem(smart girl) . Rajjis says she used to see Desho’s POV till now and stand up for her but now Desho is wrong. Rajji says she will never forgive Desho. Desho again lies that she did not do anything. She admits the first part about asking Sohem to marry Bani. Rajji says she does not trust Desho any more and Desho’s heart knows the wrong she did.
