The Episode starts with Nandini making rotis to feed cows. Just then Triveni comes and throws the rotis on floor. She asks why did you act when you don’t want to make rotis. Krish says I brought rotis, but she refused. Triveni shows the receipt and asks Krish not to lie. He says your husband took blame on himself and is protecting you, but you can’t make rotis for your husband’s safety. Nandini says she knows house work and she made rotis by herself. Triveni asks Abhayram to distribute rotis to poor and asks Nandini to make rotis again. Krish says I gave those rotis to Abhayram. Abhayram/kundan is silent. Triveni says I can’t trust this girl more than Abhayram. Nandini says she will make 100 rotis again. Kundan thinks he can’t let her be successful.
Premal brings 50 sarees cartoon to his room and asks Sudha to go out and sell those sarees. Sudha asks what you are saying? Premal says what wrong I am saying? Sudha says have you gone mad? I am pregnant? I can’t go out and sell sarees. Premal says okay, don’t go. If you know so much then why don’t you become a doctor. Sudha asks what are you saying? Premal says become doctor like Nandini, and taunts her. Sudha asks him not to taunt her. Premal compares her with Nandini and says your parents made adopted daughter get doctor’s degree and their own daughter is just 10th fail. He asks her to do something else can leave.
Vandana tells Dr. Amit to fire the employees/doctors who are not needed by the hospital. Dr. Amit says why did you do this? Vandana says she is a trustee also. She says this hospital is a business model and runs with money, over profits is less because of over staff. Dr. Amit says staff members are like their family members, and have contributed much in the hospital. Nurse comes and says Patient is ready for surgery. Dr. Amit goes. Vandana receives Nandini’s call on Dr. Amit’s phone. Nandini asks about Dr. Amit. Vandana says he is busy with surgery. Nandini asks her to give message to Dr. Amit that she will not come today to hospital. Vandana says sure. She thinks she will not let Nandini come again.
Nandini makes rotis again. Krish asks her to give rotis to him. Pandit ji asks them to send the rotis to cow shed for other cows once this cow accepts it. Krish says I am sure that she will love it. Nandini feeds roti to cow, but it is rejected by cow. Everyone is shocked. Pandit ji says cow takes food even from criminal’s hand, but it is not accepting from your bahu, means she has done grave mistake. Karuna asks if there is some other way. Pandit ji says there is other way too and asks them to donate 21 tolas coins to 21 bachelor girls. Nandini says cow never refuses to rotis. Kundan thinks he made it have some medicine, and says it will not have food for 4 days. Krish says it is not a joke, 3-4 lakhs will be spent. Triveni says your wife has to bear the expenses. Nandini says do you know what is illness? She says this is wrong. Karuna says don’t you trust God? Nandini says I believe, but this is just blind faith. I can spend money on a patient, but can’t on this blind faith. Triveni tells that if this daan happens then you will be safe and says she will go and earn money.
Sudha serves food to her inlaws and Premal. Premal’s mum taunts Sudha for not making good food. Premal gets a call from someone and is informed that his business proposal is accepted. He is asked to bring 5 lakhs cheque for security. Premal is tensed. He informs his parents that the company asked for 5 lakhs cheque. Premal’s mum taunts Sudha and says it was good if Premal would have married Nandini, even though she is elder than him. Premal is irked. Premal’s dad smirks. Premal’s mum thinks he will do something.
Krish comes to Nandini and says you have done well and have made maasi ji quiet. Nandini says she was saying wrong and I can’t favor blind faith. Krish says peace is important, and asks her to be polite. He kisses on her forehead. Krish asks are you going to hospital today. Nandini says no and says she will stay with Triveni all day. He hugs her.

Triveni calls Mr. Shekhawat and asks him to bring 21 tolas gold coins for 21 girls. Nandini is shocked. Mr. Shekhawat is shocked too. .
