The Episode starts with Ritesh telling Indu and meghna, that Sameer and Kadambari was shocked when the “will” truth came out, and says he is sure that they will get the custody. He asks Indu what is she thinking? Indu says I am scared. Ritesh says I am sure that the decision will be in our favor. They go back to the courtroom. The Judge asks Kalpana and Meghna if they want to say something. Kalpana says Kadambari is Zoon’s real mother and has given her birth. She tells that she is financially stable and married a fit guy who is mentally and physically fit to be Zoon’s father. She asks Judge to give custody to Kadambari. Meghna tells that a woman can’t become a mother just by giving her birth. She tells that Indu has dedicated her life for Zoon and Ritesh is doing father’s duty well from day 1. She says even Zoon wants to stay with Indu. She tells that they can give good life to Zoon. She requests Judge to give custody to Indu. The Judge says she has heard the hearing, they both have all the things needed for the child’s good upbringing. She says this court is giving Zoon’s custody to Kadambari Malhotra. Ritesh and Indu get shocked. Kadambari and Sameer get happy. Judge asks Indu and Ritesh not to meet Zoon or talk, or have any relation with her. Ritesh and Indu get tears in their eyes. The judge dismisses the court. Ritesh says I don’t believe on this judge or her verdict. He says I will go to high court and supreme court, Zoon is my daughter. Sameer says I am feeling sympathy for you. Ritesh gets angry. Sameer asks Kadambari to come to Indu’s house to take Zoon. Ritesh says I will kill you both, even if I have to spend all life in jail. Sameer says I will take Zoon. Kadambari acts and says she can’t waste her time, as she has to meet her daughter. They leave. Ritesh asks where is Indu. He goes.

Sunita makes kheer and tells Anjali that she will make Ritesh and Indu have kheer, as they might have get Zoon’s custody by now. Anjali asks what Judge said. Sunita says nobody can separate mother from her daughter. Rajendra tells them that Zoon’s custody is given to Kadambari. Sunita drops the kheer bowl in shock. Anjali says how can Judge give custody to Kadambari, she must be foolish to give the girl’s custody to her. She says Kadambari is clever, and must have bought the judge. Rajendra says what we can do now. Anjali says we shall tell Zoon. Rajendra says Indu and Ritesh shall come first. Sunita says what we will tell Zoon now. Sameer comes and says genie Papa has come. He greets them and says you might have known about court’s decision. He says I came to take my wife’ s daughter and calls Zoon. Rajendra says let Indu come first, she will make Zoon understand. Sameer asks what Indu will do. He calls Zoon. Zoon comes out and asks where is genie Papa and Moj? She asks who was calling me? Sameer says I, your Papa. He says Kadambari is your Moj and I am your Papa. Zoon says you are not my Papa, genie Ritesh is my Papa. Sunita asks Sameer to wait till Indu comes. Sameer says Zoon has no option, judge has given us custody. He tells that they will love her. Ritesh comes there with Vivek and Rahul. Rajendra says Indu was with you. Vivek says I will go and search her. Zoon calls Ritesh. Ritesh sits and asks if she is fine. Zoon hugs him and says I miss you very much. Ritesh says I love you too. Zoon asks where is Moj, I have packed my bags, and this uncle is saying something to me. Sameer says I am your genie papa now.

Ritesh stares at him. Sameer asks did you forget court’s verdict. He says we got the custody, you both can’t talk to Zoon or can’t roam near her. Rajendra asks what did they do, that court gave this verdict. Ritesh tells that he don’t agree and asks Sameer to learn to talk to children first. Sameer says she is my wife’s daughter. Ritesh says you can’t take her until Indu comes. Sameer threatens to call Police and asks Zoon to come. He says Kadambari Moj will bring toys for you. Zoon refuses to go. Ritesh gets angry and asks Sameer to listen silently. Sameer provokes him. Ritesh gets more angry and grabs his collar. Indu comes there and tells Ritesh that this fight is waste, as we know that we have to send Zoon with Sameer. Zoon says Moj. Sameer says Mrs. Indu Ritesh Malhotra, it seems your memory is weak. Indu says I remember Judge’s verdict very well, I need to talk to Zoon for last time. Zoon says I want to stay with you. She says she will not go anywhere, else she will cry. Indu asks her not to cry, says you are good girl and good girls never cry. She tells her that Court has given her custody to Sameer and Kadambari. zoon asks why? Indu says if you cry then even your Moj will cry. She says if you get weak, then I will get weak too. If you stay strong, then I will be strong and will bring you back to me.

Precap: Indu tells Sameer that he might be feeling that he has won, by snatching her daughter from her, but it is his misunderstanding. She says this will be your biggest misunderstanding. She tells that she has brought up Zoon with every drop of her blood. She says she will get Zoon back in her lap. Zoon says my Moj will make everything fine and says bye everybody.
